Buying my 2013 Acura RDX was fine. The problem was when I had to take it in for service. One of the wheels locks up when driving on the highway. The dealership refuses to drive it anywhere besides around the dealership in order to replicate the problem. The maintain that it is the stability control working properly. If that is the case, DO NOT BUY THESE CARS BECAUSE THEY ARE DANGEROUS. The dealership would not listen to anything I had to say and treated me like I don’t know anything about cars. I believe that if a man came in with the same complain that it would be handled totally differently. I am DISGUSTED by this dealership. They do not care about the safety of their owners. I had to have the car moved to a different dealer in order to be treated like a person.

I recently shopped for a used SUV, and altough I did not purchase at this time, I will return. My contact Sean Wardrobe was a very low key, no nonsense kind of guy who definitely knew his job. My wife and I were both impressed, and when the situatation changes and we are ready to buy, a return visit to Sean is assured. I recommend asking for this guy right out of the gate.

We were just looking for a car that gave us good highway millage and we found a Honda CR-V that was just what we needed. We decided to buy it that same night after trying it on the road!

I was wandering around the car lot just looking at used cars for my nephew. I really didn’t want anyone to come out.Then… someone did and said a sales person would be right with me. That’s when I met Jamie.
He had a NO pressure approach, and we seemed to actually have a good re pore. I did call my sister in Nebraska, and told her what I had found. After all said and done, I am so glad that I purchased the car. The whole experience, was great!!! ALL the personnel were very professional and awesome!!! Especially Jamie!! I’m always skeptical of car salesman. I had just come from another Acura dealership where the Acura I was replacing had originally come from so I thought I would have a slam dunk. The manager talked down to me, and really tried to make feel stupid when I explained he was trying to charge over 3x time fair amount for an upgrade to the Technology package in a leased 2012 TL. I left and headed to Courtesy, because it was the next closest dealership.
Because I had done my research, I knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted pay. Kerry was the first person I met when I drove up/ He was the opposite of what I believed about car salesmen. After a little bit of negotiating, I walked away a happy customer. The next day, before we finalized the deal I decided I wanted a different color than what we had agreed upon. He lent me a certified pre-owned RDX and had the car on the lot later that day.
When it came time to sign the documents, Zsaree took the time to explain everything to me clearly. The rate was low enough with all the options I wanted that I even had extra in my budget to increase the miles from 10K to 12K a year!
I had a great experience and I highly recommend Kerry Walton at Courtesy Acura!

I just bought a Honda Pilot from Courtesy Acura and was treated very well by the sales people. There was some pressure to buy now because of outside customers coming in to buy the car, but otherwise the dealer bent over backwards in order to get us the car that fit what we wanted and within our budget.
Love Courtesy Acura’s service department. We’ve owned 3 Acura’s between my wife and myself and will probably never drive anything else, and as long as we’re driving them, we’ll be bringing them there for service.
This last trip was for the 105,000 mile service on my wife’s ’04 TSX and I worked with Michelle, but I’ve worked with everyone in the department at one time or another. They treat us like old friends, give us excellent advice and the best possible service.
Is dealership service a bit more expensive than the guy on the corner? Probably. But look at the folks they have working there. All of their techs are LONG term employees, and I only want the best working on my vehicles. Heck, the way I drive, my life depends on it 🙂
I have nothing but good things to say about Courtesy Acura. In 2006 I leased a brand new Acura TL from Courtesy. In 2010 I returned to Courtesy Acura and bought out the lease and had another great experience. Courtesy makes the car buying/leasing/service easy. I have always taken my car there for all of the service, including oil changes. The service staff is so friendly and they are so accomodating. I have access to loaner cars whenever I need them, the lounge is extremely comfortable and is always stocked with refreshments and the service is always done right and on time. I have worked with both Sandy and Matt several times, they both make me feel like a valued customer. There is another Acura dealership closer to my house but I drive accross town because I know I will be treated right! I have never owned a car as long as I have my 2006 TL and when the time comes, I will return to Courtesy Acura for a new Acura.

Service Department is AMAZING! Since moving to Denver in 2007 we have taken both of our Acura’s to Courtesy Acura for regular and scheduled maintenance. IF you have any intention of buying an Acura, do it. These cars are the best on the market. Then choose to buy at Courtesy, it is a terrific dealership. Lastly, seek out Charell Robinson as your salesman. He is the kind of salesman you wish that you could find.
I bought my first car from Courtesy in 1990. I’ve bought 3 more from them. 3 Acuras and and Isuzu. I still have 2. The Isuzu is 18 years old and running better than ever! I love the cars and the service department brings me back. Sandy, Matt, Josh, Linda — they’re friendly, knowledgable, and caring.

The Best! We bought our car there several years ago and every time we need service we receiver a coutesy call the next day and an e-mail. Always treated well and questions answered and the work done in timely manner. Loan car offered if needed. Yesterday and today are examples of excellent service. Thanks. Even when new and the wiring chewed by a rodent (squirrel) and I did not believe it–they showed me how it happened. Seems they like the taste of the coating! Darn critters!

The GM even brought our kids juice boxes and fruit snacks while we signed papers. We also had some thing done to our new car (window tint, roof rack…) and the service was great, with Michelle, she was kind and very helpful. Buy your next Acura here you will not be disappointed.

All of the employees are so nice and welcoming. I brought my 2010 Acura TL into service yesterday and was greeted immediately by service and they took care of my Tire Sensor problem and washed my car. They also had a complimentary Acura for me to drive if I needed it. to go Courtesy Acura! They were quick enough that I waited but it was so nice to have the option. I will definately be back and I really appriciate the excellent customer service. Way to go Courtesy Acura!
