Courtesy Acura changed my perception on how easy it can be to buy a car. I worked with Charell R. and he found me the car I was looking for, one of their gently used service/loaner cars at an excellent price. In fact, I was shocked when he told me the price as it was much less than I expected from a dealership and on par with current market values from Private sellers. The car even came certified with the extra warranty. The no haggle pricing is great and makes the process easy. Working through the finance process was painless, Dean J. provided some options/add-ons, but again, no hard sales.
We had a great experience at Courtesy Acura this week. We were interested in a new MDX to replace our current vehicle. I had originally visited the dealership to look at some new vehicles and met with Shawn and Todd. The first visit was very pleasant and Todd took the time to show me all of the current vehicles in their inventory and then we took one of them on a test drive. During the whole experience I never felt any salesperson pressure and Todd took all of the necessary steps to answer all of my questions. I left the dealership and I was never pressured into making a decision that day to purchase a vehicle. I was so impressed with the unwavering commitment to quality customer service, that I returned a week later to purchase a vehicle from Shawn and Todd. I have purchased a lot of vehicles from other dealerships, and Courtesy Acura was hands down the best experience that I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I had a great experience with Courtesy Acura. I just purchased a 2010 Acura RDX tech package and worked with Jim Kurtz. Jim was so helpful and knowledgeable of the brand. Jim went above and beyond to help me. My husband also purchased an Acura TL Type S a couple weeks before me and went to a smaller dealer and did not get the special treatment I did. I am so impressed with the exceptional customer service I received they have gained a customer for life. I noticed that one of the fuses was out inside the car, a couple of the lights were out in the AC cluster, I mentioned it to them and Jim made an appointment for me to come in and get it fixed. I have been able to communicate via email and Jim has been very prompt and responsive to getting all my questions taken care of. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Acura to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car.

I purchased a used RDX from Ray Newman recently and have been impressed with his follow up and desire to follow through on the deal. I had requested the front headlight be fixed (moisture on the inside of the lens) before the deal be finalized. Ray had gotten the condition approved, and had tried to reseal the lens but in the end, Courtesy ended up replacing the entire headlight assembly and control unit that burned out because of the moisture. This is my second Acura and have used Courtesy for years, and will continue to do so because they still believe in doing the right thing and treating their customers better than anyone else.
I also want to mention that Matt in service was fantastic. He continually following up on the progress of the vehicle. He discovered a scratch on the new lens when he delivered it to me. He immediately took it back to the detail shop, had them polish it out then had them polish the other headlight and made it look like new. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I have had.
My wife and I were very impressed with the level of service provided by Courtesy Acura!!! Our sales person (Ray) was outstanding. Very informative and made the buying process simple. I recommend Courtesy Acura to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I contacted Courtesy Acura regarding a used Honda CR-V they had and was sent to Jeff. He was very helpful and even made sure the car was still on the lot before we went down there. I had to change my appointment time, and it was no problem at all. When we arrived, Dennis met us and was very nice to my little boy, even giving him a stuffed CarFox! Jeff made the buying experience very easy and no pressure. He took me on a test drive, and let us take the vehicle for a few hours to have it looked at by a mechanic. I appreciated the no-haggle selling mentality, and it made it easy to make a good buying decision! Even when I was buying a used Honda at a much lower price point than the new Acuras they typically sell, I felt like an important customer! I would definitely recommend this dealership!
Excellent! I received very personal and thoughtful care by the salesman. Everyone was extremely knowledgable and never pressured me in any way. I felt comfortable and am very thankful for a wonderful experience. This is my third Acura and by far the best experience I have had at shopping for a new car.
We just bought our new vehicle at Courtesy Acura, and were extremely impressed with the service we received. I was dreading a visit to a dealership with three young children in tow, But John W helped get a lot of the footwork done by phone and email ahead of time. He also helped by entertaining my kids! Our experience was 100% positive.

Great experience. Working with Ray was about as easy as car buying gets! From start to finish- Courtesy did a great job. And when it was done, I worked with Lou to get things set up including syncing my phone with the new Rid. I would definitely recommend.

I have used courtesy acura to service our acura since we bought it. The service center is very clean and has all the amenities that you could think of. The service consultant that I would recommend is named sandy. I try to use him everytime I talk my vehicle in for service
