Very, very slow! Waited nearly 3 hours for an oil change. Only one SUV in front of me and it took 3 hours to change the oil. I never even got my vehicle serviced. After 3 hours we asked for our keys and left.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Tracy Chevrolet yesterday. Just before driving the vehicle off the lot I was told I needed to meet with Stacy in finance, I was already pre-approved for lending, and ready to sign the purchase contract.Stacy was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with in a customer service position. She was very condescending and patronizing. She was very upset that I wanted to buy the vehicle with my own financing at the price offered and wasn’t willing to spend an extra $5,000 on their warranties and added coverage. Warranties and added coverage that were placed on the purchase price and contract, without my consent, and not removed after asking repeatedly to remove them. I had driven over 100 miles to purchase the vehicle at a quoted out the door price, and drive it off the lot the same, which I was told would be no problem. I was very disappointed in their management who allowed her to be rude to me and leave the dealership very upset, and disappointed that my amazing sales person Helen is now shorted a commission because of Stacy. Helen, if you ever go to another dealership, I would be happy to purchase a vehicle from you, but I can’t bring myself to spend a dime at a dealership where Stacy’s actions are considered acceptable customer service. My grandfather was a manager at a Chevy dealership in San Diego, and sale or no sale, he would never have allowed for a customer to leave in tears like I did yesterday. My grandfather owned a Chevy dealership in San Diego, and sale or not, he would have never let a young women leave crying, like the manager at Tracy Chevrolet let me leave yesterday.
