I located my GMC truck on the Internet after a long period of search and research. I was put into contact with David Hopp who is a 20+ year veteran in their fleet sales department. David was very pleasant and patient. He worked with me and was extremely honest about every question I posed to him.
Due to the holidays it was difficult to find time to drive over 2 hours to get to Los Gatos and to find a friend that was available to drive me there. I was finally able to get my ride, but I ended up arriving late. David was very gracious and waited until 8pm to help me. He truly went way above and beyond.
There was no high pressure sales tactics. I lead all of the conversations and the staff answered my questions very honestly. David provided me with some tips on how to sell my old vehicle and get the most money for it even though it did not benefit the dealership. That kind of honesty goes a long ways and truly retains a customer into the future.
I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Moore Buick GMC to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. The dealership has been around since 1951 and now I know why. It was truly worth the long drive for me.
My fiance and I bought a used ford taurus from Moore. They seemed really nice and our sales person was great. We had it for less than a month when we realized that the heater didn’t work. When we brought it back to have it fixed they told us that the car had a BLOWN HEAD GASKET and was undrivable. We had only had the car for a month, and driven it maybe 50 miles total since my job is only a mile from my house. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to blow a head gasket in a months time after only driving it that much, but they tried to BLAME IT ON US by saying we must have driven it out of water. You try to drive a car out of water in 50 miles in only a months time, NOT HAPPENING! We tried talking to our sales man who agreed that that was impossible and assured us they would cover most of the cost of the repairs, but we ended up having to pay half the expenses anyway, a total of almost 1000 dollars. The whole time Brett, the owner of Moore, wouldn’t even talk to us directly, just send messages through his sales man. They obviously sold us a car with a blown head gasket, and treated us like idiots who did it ourselves. I’m pregnant with our first baby, and we had no choice but to use the money we had in savings for her nursery to get our car back from these crooks. Plus we had to rent a car for almost 2 weeks while they took their time repairing it, which cost us another 300 bucks. To top it off, when we finally got the car back, the heater STILL DIDN’T WORK and we had to take it back AGAIN. These people are unbelievable. DON’T BUY FROM HERE, THEY WILL SELL YOU ANYTHING JUST TO MAKE MONEY.
