I will never ever again recommend this dealership. The services was really bad, they did not want to help you and make you feel that you do not have any clue with cars; example; my fog light was not working and I told them to fix it and once I picked up the car they said to me”your fog light never did have a problem, honey”. They sold me a bad car that had bumper issues and took to long to fix any of my problem. One month of owning the car I drove it only for a week because it keep having problems! Please do not go to them or you will regret it! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND GOING TO IRA LEXUS OF MANCHESTER!!!!
I tried to trade my Lexus for a newer model. I was quoted one price by the salesman then the manager called the next day refusing to honor the quote. He even called me a liar! This dealership is dishonest, rude, stupid and can’t even treat an old customer with respect. Absolutely stay away from these idiots. Better sales desk at any other Boston area dealer. They must hire lowlifes from the street to sell and put them in suits and call them salesmen. this place is a total disgrace to the Lexus brand!
This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus from Lexus of Watertown. I live out of state and had the vehicle delivered to me. Upon arrival the center console on the vehicle was broken in two. I immediately took pictures of the console and emailed them to the dealership. Noticing other issues I brought the car to my local Lexus dealer and had it inspected. Among the issues found were 4 bad tires, worn out brakes, missing springs on the rear brakes, missing trim pieces under the hood, passenger mirror misassembled, pad missing from parking brake pedal, and poor touch up work under the drivers side door.
The dealerships response to these issues is “The car was fine when it left.” This is an outrageous claim as there is no way all of the problems with the car could have occurred in the few minutes I owned it before emailing them.
When I have contacted the dealership directly in an attempt to resolve the issues I am given nothing but lame excuses as to why it is not their problem or what I should have done differently. Their first claim was that I should have called them instead of emailing them pictures. The second excuse was that I should have immediately driven 4 hours to the dealership despite already being out of town and on vacation. Their third response, and the one they seem to be sticking to now is a paper that I signed when the car was delivered. The paper states that the interior and exterior of the car has been washed and detailed prior to delivery, which it had been. This has nothing to do with the physical condition of the vehicle.
Attempts to contact the General Manager have gotten me nowhere. I have now resorted to filing claims with the attorney general and better business bureau. At this point the dealership is banking that I will not take them to court because I live 500 miles away. They are sadly mistaken.
I urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership to look elsewhere, especially if you are making an out of state purchase. Their certified vehicles do not meet Lexus standards. If you do purchase a vehicle from them, do not expect any assistance once the vehicle is off of their lot. All they are interested in is selling the car, after that they have no interest in dealing with you. That is simply unacceptable for a Luxury dealership.
Jade and Robert are the kind of people that make you embarrassed to be a fellow human. Bait and switch tactics, completely non responsive (don’t return calls, take forever to send you information) make them among the worst people you can deal with in this business. The general service at the dealership might be good if it wasn’t for those two, senior management was apologetic at the trouble I was having but they are difficult to reach. In short BUYER BEWARE I’ve never had such a terrible experience buying ANYTHING never mind a new luxury Lexus
