My Charles River Saab reviewI brought my car here because the check engine light came on and my car stopped running. They took the error code, and replaced EVERYTHING possible to do with the error for 10x the price it should have cost. Not only that, but I had to return 5 times because my car kept breaking because they installed faulty parts. The first 2 times they claimed there was no issue, the 3rd time I had to have it towed in and they finally admitted to installing faulty parts. I brought my car back home to a more trusted mechanic and he said the initial repair should have only cost 400-600, and I had to pay 3,000!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont service you car here! They will take you to the cleaners. The 5th time that I had to bring my car back to the same initial repair I asked them if they could reimburse me for the towing because it was their fault they installed faulty parts and the service desk gave me attitude and blew me off. Seriously, please dont service your car here. Call me and I will give you details on how terrible they are, for your own good!
