My Gasoline Alley Auto & Sales reviewI had read many reviews about this dealership, and still chose to look at a vehicle. I ended up purchasing a used car from Brian and I LOVE IT. I normally don’t do these reviews on a regular, but I felt like this company is getting a bad name from other customers. I feel like I was treated with respect (which is hard to find these days when you are a woman buying) and the price was right. I will definitely be telling people to come their.

My Gasoline Alley Auto & Sales reviewI bought a 2005 Kia Amanti with 66700 miles on the car from this crook. The car’s check engine light came on after I drove it only 3 miles! I took it to them and they just reset the code saying it is an erroneous problem. Now it has sudden m acceleration,and pressing the brakes (flooring the brakes) has no effect. What saved 2 wrecks in less tan 2 miles was putting the transmission into neutral. The latest problem is slipping rear wheel(only one wheel) and alternating between surge and sluggish pick up.
A better name for this dealer is “Lemons R Us”.
I am stuck paying for this lawn ornament for 4 1/2 more years. Kia , the manufacturer has 140 pages of similar complaints on edmunds.com and Kia will not do anything but tell me to call them and then they do not answer their phone.
DO NOT buy from this dealer (or buy a Kia) ! they are not reputable. The car’s sticker said power train warranty but then they sold me a useless extended warranty which shops do not honor due to slow reimbursement by the warranty company and the dealer revoked their warranty. I have to maintain insurance, tags,and inspection on an undriveable car for 4/12 more years per Virgina state law

My Gasoline Alley Auto & Sales reviewfrom start to finish, worst experience of my life. Treated me terribly from start to finish. I feel like a terrible person for actually purchasing from these sorry excuse for people. Sold me a car above KBB that was terribly unsafe on the highway. Wouldn’t take the car back only hours after purchase. laughed at me when I suggested better business bureau. I feel violated because the car was not safe to drive on the road and I had just spent so much money on it. these people are the worst kind of scum, the kind that give people in the sales industry a bad name. I don’t ever wish ill upon anyone, but for these people I’ll make an exception. Their way of business makes me physically ill, they have literally made me cry and I don’t want that to happen to anyone else.
