I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I heard it was the best, so I felt confidente that I would get the best. Purchased a car, and within 2 days it was in their service department. Out of the 48 days I have had the car, I only had it for 23 days. They had it the rest of the time. I was told the car would be fixed, not to contact my warranty company, nor inform the lien holder there was a problem. I was told that since the problem occured before my extended warranty took place it would be fixed not to worry. I found out today, that they will no longer work on the car, that I need to take it another dealership so they can fix it. So now I have to pay a $100.00 deductable and fees for a rental car. I explained to the managers that I feel they should cover any exspenses to get the vehicle repaired. Their response was an apology. Sooo…look elsewhere before you deceide to buy from these people!!
I went in to purchase, I can tell you i don’t have the best credit, however we were prepared for that. We talked to salesperson, who i actually liked, he told us he was new so i was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. I told him what I wanted let him know what I was going to put down etc , then i let him work on it then the says can you all come back in so I assumed everything was done. Well we get there thinking the car we wanted 07 mazda cx-7 was done and ready all we had to do was finish up verify some things and then done. Boy was I wrong I get there and sales guy says i want you to talk to financial guy he tries to get us in a totally different car. So I talk to our salesperson and say listen this guy isn’t trying to help me he is trying to get me in a totally different car, i said we are going to walk. Now this was the last straw for me BC i had come up with my own approval and more down payment and not too mention we were there Saturday trying to get everything done and some guy had went home early, the guy we need to finish ( that figures). However, that was out of our guys control but why wouldn’t he call instead of me coming back up there for them to tell me. So we have to come back Monday and now our salesman is not there, are you kidding me? Specifically asked if he was going to be there, he said yes well he wasn’t and when i called he said “sorry forgot to tell you i wasn’t going to be able to make it. So anyhow, i could still press on without him so no big deal i guess, but then the final blow.So i get my own approval and go back with more money down than i had planned, only now they are not willing to budge off online price anymore, it’s right back to where i started, and they want more money on top of that. So we walk out and the guy says “well we will be here” I will NOT buy a car from there i would rather travel 1-2 hours out of my way than get bamboozled at this point.
