I bought a truck from these guys what’s the second owner comes to find out horn doesn’t work the windshield wiper reservoir is completely missing heater and AC only blows on defrost because of secondary air system or smog is completely missing from the vehicle as well check engine light constantly turning on with the reduced engine mode that puts it in a limp mode for a cannoli drive like 25 miles an hour due to a bad ground wire somewhere in the vehicle which goes off when you clear the code with the scanned thing that they must have done this is been happening from day one I paid money for it to pass the emissions and obviously somebody’s is passing things off to sell it totally dishonest would not recommend find a toilet flush your money in it before going to these guys
I went in to buy 1 car for my son but ended up buying a Honda Civic for myself that I love. There were some issues that I had with both cars but I discussed them with Francisco and he fixed them in a timely manner. I felt like they were very honest and worked with me on both cars. I will definitely go back!
i found the car on the internet and i call the dealer and talk to sebastian, he answer every question i asked with out presure of selling, i went to look at the car in person and every thing he told me before was truth, the car needed tires but he offered to put new tires on the deal for the same price !!! he was very nice and helpfull i totaly recomend this dealer, must of the cars i saw where clean, nice, smoke free, and i like the way they treat you
I recently bought a car from nautic auto the give me a good price, great car Im really happy with it, also they give me a 3 month warranty for free, they were really helpful, honest, straight forward, easy to deal with, Great Services Keep the good work i definitely will recommended 🙂
I bought this car because it looked and ran amazingly and was priced very well. I am the second owner. the original owner traded it at a larger dealer who then sold it to auction where it was purchased by a financial institution and sold at this dealership. in the pictures online I could see the windshield had been replaced because there was blue tape on the top to hold it down. when I go there the tape was off and it looked fine. I purchased th vehicle. I told him I wanted a copy of the carfax they were very reluctant and used the excuse that they didn’t want to pull it unless we were serious about the car and were going to buy. (Why would we buy a car without checking it out first?) I told him “I drove 50 miles and so did my wife in a second vehicle to look at this vehicle now pull the damn carfax!” with much feet dragging he did.
when we finished it was dark and when I got in my newly used 2006 Grand Cherokee limited and turned the key the auto headlights didn’t come on despite being turned on. but they came on when i manually turned them on. So I figured maybe there was something to it and drove it home. after further inspection I found that the auto headlights, the rain sensitive wipers and the Smartbeam system was not working. I read around on the internet and everything pointed to replacing the windshield so I called Sebastian and asked him if the widow they put in was the correct one ? He told me that they did not put the windshield in and Nissan dealer that it was traded to must have. So I called the Nissan dealer and asked the service guy. he told me that he shows they had it traded in but they did NOT put a windshield in it.
Now I know that the owner wouldn’t have done it only to trade it in immediately and the auction block doesn’t care is the window is cracked in order to sell it so I know for a fact that my dealership put in the window and he is totally lying to me and here is why:
Finally, I took it to a certified Chrysler Jeep dealer and had their service department look at it. after a few hours I got a call back and given the diagnosis. He said the windshield put in was not correct. It was missing the rain sensor module that hooks to the smatbeam and rear view mirror. and the cable that hooks them together was actually there but it was shoved up into the molding and glued down under the window. also, the wind was glued in a little crooked. so Now I have to pay the Jeep dealer $400.00 dollars to put in the Correct windshield ($240.00) and buy the missing module for ($105.00) + labor. I am still in shock at the hack job they done to this beautiful vehicle and all the lying and covering up. I am not with this and if I have my way I will get my $400.00 back. It is a shame too because the price was great and Sebastian for the most part was very nice. but I suppose they have to be when they are looking right in your face and lying through their teeth! I will not recommend anyone to these guys.
We bought a car which we knew had a salvage title. We were told that the car had been fixed. The car did run good and we were pleased with it until the problems started cropping up. The cruise control nor the horn were working, our son who is a mechanic took a look to find out why, the cruise control wasn’t even hooked up and there was no horn installed at all, then the surprise of all! The only thing holding the front of the car together was 2 little spot welds, the car should never have been on the road! if there had been an accident the result could have been tragic. Several calls were made to Frank at Nautica Auto Plaza, where we told us the car was fine when he sold it to us he had been driving it and the everything worked, thats interesting that the horn would work despite there not being one istalled! He stuck to the position that it was a salvage title sold as is, and never once admitted that he might have left out some vital information on the integrity of the car. He did offer to have “his guys look at it” but with the job they did previously on it we were sceptical to say the least about having him touch the car. Do not trust a word this man says!
