My wife was happy! She actually purchased the 2003 Buick “on her own” at Chelmsford Street Auto Sales. The vehicle had only 60,000 miles on it. The sales staff guided her through the process, registered the car for her, and she was out the door. The 2003 Buick looked and smelled like a new car. My wife would not hesitate to go back to Chelmsford Street Auto Sales if the Buick ever wears out.
I have never had an easier time buying a car before. Chelmsford St. Auto Sales went above and beyond all expectations by taking care of everything related to my car purchase. From offering a very fair deal, to handling all the running for insurance and registry. The vehicle was even delivered nicely detailed. I would highly recommend Chelmsford St. Auto Sales to anyone looking for an easy, stress free way to purchase a clean and dependable car or truck.
Chelmsford Street Auto Sales is a quality family business that has a competitive advantage over some of the larger dealerships that I visited. I was looking for a used car for both myself and my son, and found exactly what I was looking for at Chelmsford Street Auto Sales. Dennis, the sales person that I worked with, was extremely easy to work with and guided me to the right cars for both of us. I have had both cars for over 5 years now, and they are both running great. Dennis even worked with my local bank to help me get financed. A great overall experience and I would definitely recommend this dealer!!
Bought a car from here. Was promised a full detail, got the car and it was disgusting. Had stains all over the seats, floors and ceilings! 63 miles mysteriously disappeared from the time I bought the car till the time I picked it up. So I called the dealership to ask if they can actually clean it this time for real, and the Owner, Dennis, screamed at me the whole time and said it was my problem not his anymore. He continued to talk to me with major disrespect, he told me if I brought him to court they would think i was a kook (a crazy person) . He also said I was nit picking and that I should be happy with what I had because I got the car 3000 under the market value. He then continued to be rude to me after I asked him a few times to stop talking to me that way, but of course he never listened. So I put a claim in under Better business bureau. I would never buy from them again. The owner is the biggest A–hole I have ever known.https://cardealercheck.com/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif
