I would strongly advise staying away from this dealer for any car that is not still under factory warranty. Expect ZERO post purchase support. I purchased an Escalade from them due to price and fortunately it still had a little warranty left. The entire engine and transmission needed replacement shortly after purchase. This was handled by factory warranty but it was obvious to me that this dealer would not have helped me out in any way after they received my payment. There are plenty of dealers out there that offer a 30-60 warranty on used cars that are out of factory warranty. Sure, you may spend a little more but without this protection you’re really rolling the dice.
Also, it is 100% true that they’ll give you $50-100 Visa Card for writing favorable reviews. Most dealers do not have to do this and the fact that Autos Direct Online does should be a big red flag.
Make sure to visit Autos Direct on Facebook and post your opinion. The scammers.
I wrote a comment on their Facebook page – but they didn’t like it. So, not only did they delete it, they banned me from commenting.
Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago. Autos Direct will only allow positive comments. If you comment on their Facebook page that you had an issue with them, they delete it and block you from commenting.
I just bought a 2009 Volkswagen CC from Autos Direct Online. Julie Turner was my sales contact; she went beyond her way to make it all very easy for me and was great experience. The car was in great shape as it was described with reasonable price and couldn’t ask for anything better! I will definitely recommend this place for used cars purchase.
Autos Direct Online games the review system by either paying for positive reviews of posting fictitious ones. Don’t fall for it. The mistake will cost you considerable expense (in repairs) or worse.
I recently purchased a 2008 saab 9-7x (White) it has wood interior and tan leather seats. I have only had this car for a few weeks now but i love this car already. I am very satisfied with my car buying experience wiith autos direct online. Our salesman Dave was very helpful after my financing submission online and through the phone process. They had lots of great cars on their lots and i will return to purchase our next car in the future.
Untrusted review. All the so-called positive reviews of ADO seem to sound the same. Hm. You can guess what that means.
I recently purchased a 2003 BMW 5 series from Autos Direct Online because the car appeared to be in excellent cosmetic condition and had low mileage.
Before I was able to test drive the vehicle, the car wouldn’t start because the battery was dead. This is understandable if the vehicle has been sitting for a while. After someone from the dealership jump started the car, during the test drive, I noticed the ride became very bumpy at highway speeds (55-65 mph). I was concerned that this might be a mechanical problem, but the dealer insisted that the tires just needed to be balanced. He said that the battery would definitely need to be replaced too, because he didn’t want me to become stranded when I drove car back home and he would pay for both services. I asked what kind of battery he would use, because I prefer OEM parts as opposed to aftermarket ones. He said that he would supply a battery that fits, one from Advance Auto Parts, for example, because “A battery is a battery, whether it’s Duracell or Energizer.” Because he offered to fix these two issues, I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle.
At that point, I tried to negotiate the price, but he said, “C’mon, we are throwing in a new battery and tire balancing for free” and that he only made like $2000 per car. I still accepted the offer and drove the car home a few hundred miles with no problems.
A few days later, the car wouldn’t start; the battery was completely dead. I opened the trunk to check the battery and was surprised to find the white, Exide OEM BMW battery. At this point, I thought, maybe there was a misunderstanding and maybe the dealer or mechanic forgot to replace the battery. I contacted the dealer via email and called him the next day. He said he would reply to my email later that day and look into this. That email never came.
I tried calling him, but he wouldn’t answer my calls or voicemails. He wouldn’t respond to my second email, with photographic evidence showing the original battery and the reading that it was bad. I even tried contacting Autos Direct Online through their online chat feature. As soon as I brought up the issue I was having, the representative with whom I was chatting with did not respond.
I would also like to add that their website is filled with false advertisement or inaccurate statements at best. For example, their “About Us” page says all their vehicles are stored in a climate-controlled and secure 10,000 square-foot warehouse until sold. The vehicle I went to see, among others, were in an outdoor parking lot covered under half a foot of snow. Their website claims that they include an “accurate, forthright representation of that particular vehicle in our descriptions, including any defects or flaws.” The car I purchased had a defective trunk latch (unable to open trunk from inside the vehicle or using the key fob). It says all their vehicles are inspected by an independent, certified technician. If this were true, then the technician did not run a battery test or certainly would have caught this issue before the car were sold. Finally, the website states that all vehicles are driven by Autos Direct Online as a quality control measure. Either no one bothered to test drive the vehicle on the highway or the standards for test driving the vehicle don’t include highway speeds.
The bottom line is that this is a dishonest dealer that only cares about profit margin (he said it himself when he said they only make like $2000 per car). There were multiple instances in which the dealer assured me that the battery had been replaced, but he cannot even confirm this with a work order or invoice, and in addition, refuses to respond to my inquiries. I know the dealership is probably going to respond with a statement saying something along the lines of we satisfy X amount of customers per month and can’t satisfy everyone. This does not excuse them from mistreating a few select customers. I can understand quirks of buying a used vehicle (the dealer said “You’re getting a used car, bro,” in response to me having to replace the wiper blades), but when the dealer flat out lies in front of my face, this is truly unacceptable. I don’t know any kind of business where this would be an acceptable business practice.
P.S. It took them almost four weeks to mail me the title to the vehicle, which was barely enough time to register it in my state before the temporary plate expired.
I just bought a 2008 Honda Pilot from Autos Direct Online. I worked with Julie Turner, whom I found to be highly professional, friendly, knowledgeable and timely. This is my second purchase from Autos Direct Online. I am very pleased and would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a used car.
I recently purchased a 2007 Volkswagen Eos. Autos Direct Online had an overwhelming supply of used cars at a great price. I worked with a great salesperson, Julie Turner, who went out of her way to make sure my car buying experience was exceptional. She worked with me to get the exact outcome I was hoping for.
The price was wonderful and the process was fairly painless; However, I would look over your Bill of Sale and make sure it is accurate. They tried to charge us sales tax twice. After an Hour and a half explaining over the phone, they realized that they did charge us the sales tax it just was not on the Bill Of Sale in the appropriate place. It was resolved and they apologized for the oversight. Nonetheless, it was very frustrating explaining simple math. I do plan on buying cars in the future from Autos Direct Online they have a great inventory and fantastic prices!
I purchased a 2006 Mini Cooper S from Autos Direct Online. I worked with Julie. I first saw the car on Ebay. Initially I saw a nice little car with a very good price tag. As I worked with Julie the initial process was pretty easy. We simply put a down payment on the car and then arranged to get the finances worked out.
This is where things begin to go downhill. I put the deposit down just before New Years and they have a policy about paying in full in 7 days but there was the holiday in there, I was going to have to have the car transported and I wanted to have the car inspected by a third party. So they asked me for a second $500. OK fine.
When I suggested having an outside inspector look at it, on advertised by Ebay, Julie told me they were not worth the money and she would do a walk through of the car with me. I was not sure what that meant until the next day when she called me from the facility where the car was and then walked around the car and looked at everything reporting stuff to me. A small rip in the door panel, a small paint chip, a piece missing from the arm rest. She had the rip and armrest fixed. She then took the car out for a drive with me on the phone letting me hear it as best I could over the phone and she said it was in fantastic condition. She did remind me it was a used car so it was not pristine which I knew and did not expect. I asked her if the car had cruise control as it stated in the ad but it did not look like it in the picture. She told me it did not and the ad was wrong. She seemed very honest and upfront. Regardless, however, I told her I wanted a third party to look at it as I could not inspect it myself. She recommended an auto repair shop down the street from them. I called and spoke to them and they seemed OK. Besides they are a AAA shop and the last thing they need is complaints to AAA. So The woman at the shop set an appointment for the Monday after New Years and said to let Julie know and it would be taken care of. Wednesday rolled around and I had not heard anything so I called the shop. The car was never brought over. I called Julie and she was going to bring it over that day. Mind you this was eating into my 7 days. When they finished the inspection they asked to fax me the report. I did not have access to a fax machine so they took my credit card number and said they would send the report back with the car but it was mostly minor stuff and the biggest thing was a broken oil dipstick. Why this shop can not email the report is beyond me but that has nothing to do with Autos Direct Online. But what does have to do with them was I got a Fax number at my mother’s office. Both my mother and I called Julie, with no return call, requesting she fax the report. AT this point I had invested in 2 weeks of a rental car, airline tickets to go pick the car up, and a $1000 deposit.
This is where things go relatively bad. A friend and I fly up to get the car, we arrive and they kindly picked us up from the airport. When I first saw the car something immediately jumped out at me….the black had completely worn off the Mini Emblems on the hood and trunk. The pictures they posted on their website distinctly shows the emblems in good condition and on further examination you can see the photos were doctored…false advertising and dare I say fraud (I have saved the pictures) …next I looked at the inspection report. The front tires were bald and cupped, the left side view mirror was broken, there was a hole in the muffler, the trunk lifts were non functional, and of course the broken dipstick. I asked why she had not faxed the report and she said she had. I don’t know of a fax machine that does not report if a fax has been sent successfully or not when it is done but we never received a fax of the report and this was the first I saw of it. The dip stick had been replaced as I was told and the car was not loud so I believe there was no way they could or should have known about the hole in the muffler, however I was never told about the bad tires or the broken mirror and when I asked Julie about them she said “we don’t do tires” and if I wanted I could go down the street and buy a used tire and the mirror may very well be broken since it is a used car. Now mind you Julie drove this car during her walk through with me, she tested out everything down to the radio and cigarette lighter. I don’t know anyone that drives a car that they don’t normally drive and doesn’t immediately adjust the mirrors, or notice it while she was driving or testing everything. Yet nothing was said. She told me several times she got into the business and if she was going to do it was going to be honestly, she lost her credibility with me. I probably would have walked out if I did not have so much invested in it.
Next I took it for a test drive and I noticed there was no gas in it. I asked about having it filled up and was told “they don’t do gas” I have never bought a car from any dealership of any kind where you left the lot without a full tank. In fact when I did fill it up I must have been lucky to make it to the gas station because it took the entire tank capacity. I had not counted on this expense. At that point they offered me a $50 gift card if I would do an 8 second testimonial. Figuring I could get the card for gas I did it. In retrospect it was probably not a good idea, especially when I found out they mail you the card.
I was terribly disheartened at this point, which was unfortunate because I was so looking forward to getting this car. I always wanted a Mini and thought I found a gem only to find all these things wrong. What bothered me most was the fraudulent pictures on the web of the emblems and it ate at me all the way home. What else did they lie about or not tell me, obviously the mirror, tires and trunk lifts should have been obvious.
Julie complained that people come in thinking they are getting new cars when they are buying used and that she thought they needed to be realistic. I agree and I knew I was buying a used car and knew it was not going to be perfect and might have some “minor” things that needed some attention. The problem was I was told by Julie what great shape it was in and no one told me what actually was wrong with it and I never got the report so that was useless.
If you expect people to have realistic expectations you need to be honest about what they are buying. Saying a car is used does not cover the gamut of what can be wrong. The truth is, had I been told about the issues I would have priced out the parts and decided what to do and would in all likelihood still bought the car.The car was still priced very well. I may have asked them to do the tires and mirror for me since I had to drive it back to NC but the other stuff would have been fine. Even the emblems, if they showed me the actual emblems it would have been fine, again, I know its a used car. If they didn’t want to do any repairs we could have probably negotiated something and I would have left happy and very pleased with my experience. Instead I was upset and disappointed for days until I got the tires and mirror fixed. And it didn’t even cost very much money. Its a shame they choose to do business this way. They do sell cars at good prices and now I am very happy with my little car but they made my buying experience awful because they were not honest with me. I would not recommend buying from them at this point unless you can go look at the car yourself or they change their sales tactics.
I recently drove down to purchase a car from Autos Direct Online from Rochester, Michigan (20 miles north of Detroit). Not only were the prices fair, our sales rep Jeff was amazing and help us each and every day with more and more question we had to ask about the car. I was looking for a Saab 9-3 Sportcombi Wagon, and to my surprise ADO had one available at an amazing price! We drove a little over three hours to their location and we were impressed from the moment we got there. All of the sales reps that we came in contact with were great, as soon as we pulled in the lot they were there to help us. They were very easy to find, and only a few miles off of two main freeways. I would defiantly reefer family and friends to buy from AUTOS DIRECT ONLINE.
I have had my car for a few weeks now, and I am still impressed with what it has to offer! Thanks everyone at ADO, I am one happy customer!
Recently bought a 2007 Audi Q7 from Autos Direct. The vehicle was exactly as described online and I’m very happy with the purchase! Did a detailed inspection on site and found nothing amiss. Dan was excellent to work with and gave us plenty of time to go through the car before buying it. Got a great price, great car and a friendly sales staff to deal with. Highly suggest giving their inventory a look if you’re in the area!
Be aware that if you write a bad review of these people they will call you offering you money to write them a good review. I’m assuming that. Is why every good review is so short. I politely told them that I did not want their money and all I wanted was the deposit I put down to hold the vehicle and nothing else to do with them.
Make sure to put a review on DealerRater, comment on their Facebook page and file a complaint with the BBB.
Interestingly the BBB has virtually no power to do anything. An “F” rating is not good if people don’t look at their web site.
What really needs to happen are two things 1)perhaps a class action law suit based on their unethical practices would get their attention and /or 2) contacting and filing a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and hopefully, with enough complaints, they will pursue prosecution for false advertising and fraud. Certainly the doctored photos I have they posted on their web site is strong evidence.
I would be willing to join a class action law against this company. Working through the BBB and the AG are not yielding any results. But something must be done to prevent ADO from ripping off more people and risking their lives.
I would join a class action suit, also. I have tried several times to get a response from Autos Direct Online, and it is obvious they don’t care.
Heather, I am so glad you reported this. My experience with this business was so terrible but the ratings on theinternet did not reflect my negative experience, now I know why. Thanks
The manager called me offering my $500 deposit back plus and additional $500 if we recents our bad review and wrote them a good one. I told him I absolutely did not have a good experience with them and no amount of money was going to make me lie and say I did. Lucky for us my husband is a good mechanic and I let that be known so I think they knew better than to sell us a lemon which is what it ended up being. Funny thing is within a few days they has the same vehicle back on their website knowing the problems there were with it! Do not waste your time!
The entire Autos Direct Online team would like to take a minute to sincerely thank everyone that has posted negative reviews of our company on this site.
As a company, we have been astonished at our immense growth in such a short time frame, and to be completely honest, we were not quite prepared for the overwhelming flood of clients that have chosen to do business with us up to this point, due to our low-cost pricing model.
In such a tough economy, most businesses feel it is wise to run a “lean” operation, most often asking employees to do 2 jobs as opposed to hiring more personnel, in an effort to keep expenses under control. What we have found, however, is that this has resulted in a few clients that are less than satisfied with their transaction, as stated in these reviews. Granted, we do sell 250-300 vehicles per month, and we usually only receive 2-3 negative reviews per month, but it is our belief that we need to keep striving for 100% client satisfaction, and not accepting our current 99%.
It is the reviews of the 2-3 unsatisfied clients monthly that allow us to identify areas in our organization where we can improve, hence the gratitude towards these reviewers for their honesty. Recently, we have added personell to our service department, as well as our customer service department, and we are by no means done. We have outgrown our facility, and are moving into a 118,00 square foot warehouse that we believe will allow us to operate more efficiently for our clients.
We know we sell used vehicles, and yes, sometimes they are less than perfect. The reality is that we encourage people every day to go purchase a vehicle from a new-car franchise dealership, if they are looking for a “showroom condition” car, and even though it may cost 1000’s more, they may be happier overall. However, most clients prefer the savings, which is why are growth has been so profound.
Again, we will never stop trying to make very client happy, and it is through the less than positive reviews received that we can find those opportunities for improvement, so we genuinely ask that you keep the constructive criticism coming, as it is forcing us to get better and better every day, and grow our business even more with your help!
All we ask of you is to honor what you sell. I traveled from PA to purchase a vehicle from your dealership because your sales associate assured me that the vehicle would pass PA inspection. In fact, he assured me several times because it was one of the things I was most concerned about. Ii would have NEVER traveled out-of-state to purchase a vehicle if it would not pass inspection in my home state. That makes no sense.
Autos Direct Online has not tried to work with me at all. I filed a claim with the Cleveland Better Business Bureau, and your dealership still did not honor what they sold.
Your narrative above is JUST TALK. If you want 100% satisfaction, then make things right with those customers that are unsatisfied. And, STOP paying customers to post positive reviews on websites like Car Dealer Check.
I agree with Nick about the negative reviews that Autos Direct Online is receiving from many, many people. Instead of posting half-baked explanations on various sites about its questionable practices and ethics, Autos Direct needs to actually work with its customers to address the issues they are raising.
Autos Direct games the online review system. It pays people to post positive comments. In addition, if you click through on the profiles of some of these alleged “trusted” reviews, you will quickly wonder how genuine some of these profiles really are.
Check the Cleveland BBB site, and you will see that Autos Direct receives an “F” rating. That’s right, an “F” rating. It’s well deserved.
Once again, we sincerely thank all of these reviewers for their input. We look forward to better serving our clients due to their honesty and integrity.
Thank you and God Bless!
I send a message to the “owner” through this site (using the tab up above). I will provide feedback on how they handle my complaint. If there is a renewed interested in customer service and satisfaction, then this will prove/disprove it.
Recently my wife and I bought a 2006 Nissan Altima from Dave at Autos Direct Online. We saw the car online and went to their location to look at it. We just walked in off the street. I guess we should have called and made an appointment, but it didn’t really matter as Dave was very helpful. We got a great car at a great price and the transaction was hassle free. We will do business with Autos Direct Online for any of our car needs in the future and would recommend our family and friends to do the same.
If you are considering buying a used car from Autos Direct Online, I would advise you to use great caution, given my recent experience with this company.
I bought a 2005 MINI Cooper S from Autos Direct Online on November 28, 2012. The cost was about $10K, minus what I was given for my trade-in. We test drove the car, and it seemed to perform well. It had about 68,000 miles and a clean CarFax. However, as soon as I drove the car home to Michigan, it started to act up. The Service Engine warning light came on, and the car suddenly went into “limp mode,” meaning that it operated at reduced power and would not go faster than 20 MPH. Restarting the car would temporarily solve the issue, but the problem continued to recur intermittently, making it hazardous to drive. I took the car to a MINI dealership in Michigan, and, after several trips and $400 worth of diagnostic testing, the mechanics eventually determined that car needed two major electronic modules replaced – at a cost of nearly $3500.
Interestingly, the mechanics found that the car had been repainted after some body work was done on it. Of course, this was not in the Carfax, since whoever performed the work did not enter the information into the vehicle reporting system. The mechanics told me that a car having a clean Carfax is no guarantee that the car has not suffered serious problems.
Shortly after I first experienced problems with the car, I informed my salesperson at Autos Direct Online – named Juan Rosario. He told me: “If there is a major problem with the car, we will take care of you.” I interpreted his statement to mean that Autos Direct Online would take the car back and either refund my money or offer the option to select another vehicle they had in stock. I continued to keep Juan Rosario informed about the car – through calls and emails. When the MINI mechanics finally pinpointed the major electronic problems, Juan Rosario requested documentation of the problems and cost. I immediately sent him the documentation. Juan Rosario said he needed to talk to the owners, but assured me that I would get an answer soon and that something would be done to correct the situation.
Juan Rosario never did get back to me with an answer. I called regularly to see what the owners said. When I did get Juan Rosario on the phone, he would say that owners have not had the chance to review my case yet. I suspected that Juan Rosario was stringing me along, but still hoped we could resolve this situation amicably.
Two weeks after I sent Juan Rosario documentation of the major problems, he ceased communicating with me entirely. He would not pick up my calls, or reply to voicemails, texts or emails. I copied the owner of Autos Direct Online, Vince Hugo, and the Sales Manager, Sean Nightingale. They, too, were unresponsive.
I am not sure how I am going to proceed now about the car and whether I will pursue other options to get Autos Direct Online to do the right thing. The options in Ohio for a used car bought “As is” seem limited.
But one thing I am certain of: Autos Direct Online is not a trustworthy company and I regret ever having dealt with them. I am not one to write reviews, but I feel that it is important to inform others who might be considering buying from Autos Direct Online. The car that Autos Direct Online sold me was not only defective, but actually turned out to be dangerous – jeopardizing my (and my passenger’s) safety when it suddenly acted up. I don’t know if Autos Direct Online knew about the defect when they sold me the car. If they did, then their business practices are utterly unconscionable. If they did not, their failure to correct the situation and honor their word makes them unscrupulous.
I may have thought that I was getting a good deal on a used car at Autos Direct Online. However, the cost of now repairing the car makes it a very bad deal, by all standards.
If you are considering a car at Autos Direct Online, I would strongly advise against it. For your own safety and the sake of your pocketbook, avoid the mistake I made.
Steve
I agree wholeheartedly with your warnings about AutosDirectOnline. I bought a 2007 Audi from them on December 3rd with “clean” carfax too and my sales person, Mr Dan Caldwell stated except for a wheel cap they would replace “everything else was functional and OK”. The car was delivered on the 16th. I drove it 3 miles and it stalled in the middle of the road and was towed to the mechanic where I was told the car was ‘very sick’, had been in an accident and that many pieces/parts were missing that would have been easily identified by a qualified technician. As with you,Juan Rosario gave me his ‘word’ that they would either fix the car or buy it back, but the next day the owner, Mr. Vince Hugo, wrote me stating, “sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot help you with the car.” He sited the 30day/1000mile warranty saying it did not cover the problem, but my position is that the car was nonfunctional at the time of purchase and that their “independent expert technicians” that they purport to have and check their cars are either nonexistant, not expert, or very sloppy. I am proceeding with the legal steps to stop these guys from ripping anybody else off.
They are misreresenting their product and their services when they send a vehicle to someone that stalls 3 miles from the delivery site and they claim it has been checked out by their “expert technicians” and was reported in “an accurate, forthright representation of that particular vehicle in our descriptions, including any defects or flaws.” I have also reported my experience with them to at least 5 other web based review sites including autosdirect, cars.com, google+, and the state of Ohio’s Consumer Protection Department. I would recommend anyone that has similar problems with them do the same and make sure to mention by name all those persons that you did business with at AutosDirectOnline,
THEY NEED TO BE STOPPPED AND HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!

AG –
I, too, have submitted my review on multiple sites – and have a lodged a complaint with Ohio authorities.
I agree – this company needs to stopped! They are scam salesman who place profit over the safety of innocent people. I would be glad to participate in any action you initiate against the company.
Steve
I filed a complaint with the BBB (www.cleveland.bbb.org). You can file on-line. They will say anything to sell you a car and then don’t back up their sales pitch. Make sure to submit reviews on dealerrater.com and visit their Facebook page to share your thoughts.
This is not your usual dealership. This is a very fast paced operation. You need to know what you are looking for and the value and price you want to pay for that vehicle. It is up to you to take responsibility for what you are buying. You do have the option to take it to a mechanic and I would recommend purchasing a warranty to cover yourself. Expect a very “light” inspection and cleaning of the vehicle. They do not deal with tires other than air and do not change fluids other than topping them off. Do not assume anything and do not expect a detailed, worry free vehicle, remember it is used. You will get a nice vehicle at a great price that may need some work and T.L.C. but you will still be ahead of the game in the end. Dan L. and the staff were very helpful, the financing was effort free, and they did fix a few things while I waited. ED, who picked me up at the airport, was a great guy and eased the stress of the unknown. I would, and have recommended A.D.O. to family and friends adding that they follow the above advice. We are happy with the ‘06 Cadillac STS Northstar AWD and now that the “bugs” have been worked out I feel we are money ahead even with the added expenses. We will do business with Auto Direct Online for future purchases
Regards, Greg Smith.
Greg, Unfortunately the vehicle I purchased from them was nonfunctional, stalling 3 miles from the delivery site, despite the sales dept telling me ” all was working”. Great expierience. I would highly recommend purchasing a used car from Autos Direct Online.
Brian, I am glad you did not get taken by ADO for I did!! They are misrePresenting their product and their services when they send a vehicle to someone that stalls 3 miles from the delivery site and they claim it has been checked out by their “expert technicians” and was reported in “an accurate, forthright representation of that particular vehicle in our descriptions, including any defects or flaws.” I have also reported my experience with them to at least 5 other web based review sites including autotrader, cars.com, google+, and the state of Ohio’s Consumer Protection Department.

They don’t fix oil and brakes…great. But when I specifically asked how my brakes were, I was told good. They also say they fully inspect the vehicle. I had 0% front brake pads remaining and something else that else that cost me $800. I still have a leaking shock in the back that needs fixed when I get the money. I took it directly to get looked over since I was going to drive 150 miles on my first trip with it. The mechanic was going to make me sign a waiver if I left without getting the brakes taken care if…it was that bad. They also offer you incentives to leave positive reviews. Buyer beware. Some of these postings sound good…but they were paid to post nice things. I bet if you asked them now, they are not so satisfied.
Terrible Experience, Fradulent representation of vehicle, Fully Misrepresented their Inspection Process!
I purchased a $13,600 Audi wagon from ADO, December 3rd. I was told that the car was covered under warranty for 30 days or first 1000 miles. I was also told the vehicle” was “fully operational” after being driven by the sales rep @ ADO, Mr Dan Caldwell, prior to delivery. It was delivered to my home town 400+ miles away by an auto transport. I drove it 1-2 miles towards home when it stalled and was unable to be restarted. Towed, the mecahnic says the car is “very sick”. The turbo is blown and oil has been leaking in to the exhaust system ruining it as well, further more the car had been in a major accident in the past. The repair estimate is $6000+. I contacted my sales rep, Mr Caldwell. Slow to respond, he eventually had the sales director, Mr Juan Rosario, contact me who said he would talk it over with the owner, but stated “you have my word” that we will fix this issue so that “you are fully satisfed”.
That following day the owner of ADO, Mr Vince Hugo wrote that “Unfortunately we can’t help you with this car. We inspected it and found no issues with the car before shipment. We would never ship out a car that had a bad turbo.Sorry for the incovenience and let me know if you have any questions.” So I essntially drive my car 1.5 miles from the deliery local, the car shuts down, the mechanic says the engines turbo is blown and the owner of ADO says “we can’t help.” Then after reporting my disatisfaction with ADO online the owner Mr. Vince Hugo send me an email, “Now that you have exercised your right to post a negative portrait of our company, we are no longer interested in working anything out.” Beware and extremely cautious of doing business with this company!!!
I have purchased a 2006 Dodge Sprinter from autos direct online. My salesperson was Dan Caldwell. He was very helpful, understanding and interested in doing whatever is needed to meet my expectations. I am very satisfied with the entire process and the approach that Dan Caldwell and autos direct online took. I would definitely recommend autos direct online to anyone interested in buying a great vehicle and wanting to receive great customer service. This was my third vehicle that I have bought from this company and every time I was very satisfied. Good job!
On October 29, 2012, I purchased a 2006 Buick Lacrosse from Autos Direct Online. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I called the dealership on 2 occasions inquiring about the 2006 Lacrosse. During both calls, I told the sales representative I live in PA and a vehicle inspection is required. In both conversations, the sales rep. told me they sell vehicles to customers in states that require an inspection and the vehicle would be fully inspected prior to purchase. Based on this information, I traveled to Autos Direct Online on October 24, 2012 to test drive the 2006 Buick Lacrosse, I discussed the requirements for a PA inspection with the sales person. They stated the vehicle would be inspected prior to purchase & any issues would be fixed. I asked if the vehicle would pass PA inspection, and they assured me the mechanics at Autos Direct Online would fully inspect the 2006 Buick and it would pass PA inspection. Based their assurance the vehicle would be inspected properly, I agreed to put down a $500 deposit & return within a week to purchase the vehicle. On October 29, I returned to Autos Direct Online to purchase the car. At that time, they confirmed the vehicle went through a full inspection. I again asked if the vehicle would pass a PA inspection, and they said “yes”. I purchased the vehicle & drove it to PA. On Wednesday, November 28, 2012, I received the title for vehicle & transferred it into my name. On December 01, 2012, a local service garage completed the PA inspection & found several issues w/ estimated repairs of $486.59. Autos Direct Online is responsible for the repairs because either their mechanic failed to inspect the vehicle or the sales person falsely represented the condition of the car by stating it would pass a PA inspection. I spoke w/ a sales representative at Autos Direct Online via web chat & sent an e-mail with the repair estimate. No response. I was forced to go through the Better Business Bureau. Please note that Autos Direct Online offered me $100 to post a positive review on this site along with several others. They even provided a print out with instructions. Obviously, I am VERY dissatisfied with this dealer and their response to my complaint.
I recently bought a 2010 Cadillac CTS-V from Autos Direct Online and the process couldn’t have been any easier. My vehicle was accurately described to me by my sales associate Dan McIntyre prior to my arrival to ensure accuracy and they trusted me like an old friend to take the car for a spin and have it inspected. That is great service considering that this is a $72,000 car. This is what makes me always come back and buy from them. This is the third car I have bought from them and it wont be the last. Trust me they are worth your time to try out, you won’t be sorry!
I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz C280 4Matic from Autos Direct Online. Its been a week and I love the car. All I had to do was an Oil Change. Natalie and Julie went out of there way to help me with buying my car. They test drove it and Natalie even sent me a video of the car. Will definetly buy from them again. Thanks!
I bought a 2003 Honda Pilot. ADO were easy to work with. Found a better deals on financing elsewhere but overall a good expierence and have already recommended them to a co-worker looking for a used car!
They gave me a great car for a great price and a very low interest rate. They had a friendly and helpful staff they were honest and I am very happy with my purchase I would buy from them again and definitely recommend! 🙂
While I was a bit cautious of buying a used car online Auto Direct exceeded my expectations! They were great to deal with.
I found an Infiniti G35S Sedan that fit my search criteria and budget. This was the lowest price I could find in a 500 square mile radius, especially considering the lower mileage. After learning more details from Jeff on the car, I placed a deposit on it and arranged a flight from Chicago (one way) to go and purchase it. They sent someone to pick me up at the airport and after a test drive and inspection, I was out on the road heading back home within a few hours.
Great experience, great price!
I purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt LS from Dave here. It was a great deal, their price was good and the sales associate was extremly helpful. The process was quick and easy as well as the quality of their service was great expecially this was the first time i purchased a vehicle. I strongly reccomend buying a vehicle here.
Autos Direct Online is a great place to purchase a car at very competitive prices. I was able to find the vehicle that I was looking for and they even buffed out a few scratches for me when I asked them to do so.
No pressure. Told the truth. Had a great experience.
We Traded in a Honda Pilot and purchased a VW Touareg. It was a very easy process.
My daughter and I went out to look at a 2006 Jeep wrangler that Autos Direct Online had listed. We did not make an appointment, we just walked. The 2006 Jeep Wrangler we originally went to review just did not interest us, no issues with the Jeep, just not what we were looking for. However, Autos Direct Online had a 2007 Jeep Wrangler, with a hard on their lot that was more in line with what we were looking for. We took the Jeep out for a test drive and my daughter fell in love with the Jeep.
Purchasing a vehicle off of Auto Direct Online was a totally different experience. There was no need to negotiate the price, the pricing was extremely competitive. I had been following the pricing of Jeep Wranglers in our area for months and knew I could not beet the price listed on this Jeep Wrangler. I did not even try to negotiate a lower price. Our sales woman, Julie Turner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was definitely the easiest auto purchase transaction that I have ever experienced, considering that I am currently driving my 35th personal vehicle, which says a lot. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Autos Direct Online.
We are looking forward to purchasing our next car from them!
I do recommend this dealer and we did purchase Adar from them! The website didn’t take my input! Sorry.
A car*
Juan very patiently helped us buy a great car at a great price, a 2005 Cadillac STS. We love it, thank you.
We just purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna from Autos Direct Online. We worked with Julie Turner and she has been so helpful, prompt in getting us information, willing to answer all questions and just overall wonderful to work with! We know that we got a great deal on the van and we are pleased with our purchase. I would highly recommend working with Julie and purchasing from this as-is dealership.
I was in the market for a Mercedes ML SUV and Autos Direct Online had the car I was looking for and for the right price. The car was priced atleat $4000 less than the SUVs I have seen in other dealerships. Auto Direct Online has the best deal in town and Juan was very helpful and answered all my questions tirelessly. There were couple of issues with the car that Auto direct online repaired without making any fuss. I had a great service and an awesome experience in buying my Mercedes SUV. I would certainly recommend Auto Direct Online to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I went there to buy a car, and Juan was very helpful. Found me the car I wanted at a great price. I bought a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse and I love it.
My mother asked me to find her a reliable car, and mentioned that she likes my sons Nissan Altima. Since I know these are very good cars I began to look for an Altima. She gave me a budget to work with. While searching craigslist, I came across a 2009 Altima at Autos Direct Online for $10,800. The dealership is only a few blocks from my home, so I decided to drive over to see if the car was still available. When I arrived, a salesman was on a cell phone and said he’d be with me shortly. I decided to walk around the lot and look for the car. The lot was all dirt and gravel with huge mudd puddles everywhere. I found the car and did a visual inspection inside and out. I went back and talked to the salesman and he told me he could come down $200 on the price. I show up the next day with my elderly mother and she loves the car. We test drove the car and had it inspected by a mechanic. The car checks out fine and has a clean carfax.
So we go back and make the deal with the sales man for $10,600 plus tax, title and $280 document fee. He gives us a total balance and we agree. We signed a ton of paper work and out the door we went with Mom’s new Nissan Altima. When we get home and Mom starts reading all the papers she just signed, she notices a $248 unexplained fee on the invoice. We should have paid better attention, but we also trusted the salesman who was obviously not honest and slipped an unexplained fee to the overall price of the car. However, we still got the car $3,000 to $6,000 below what other dealers were asking for simular cars in the same condition and simular milage. Other than the crappy facility and the unexplained fee, we got a very very good deal and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I would recomend A.D.O. only because their prices are very very competetive.
Its a great place for buy a car i buy a 2003 envoy is a nice car
I purchased a 2005 Equinox. Within 4 hrs of leaving the dealer, the radio didn’t work. I called and Steve said the dealership couldn’t do anything but would work on finding a new one for me,,, I would have to put it in. I heard from him once and still waiting to hear again. Otherwise the car is good. Just had a mechanic look it over before the warranty ran out. Steve was very nice,, you just never know when you but used.
Dear Valued Purchasee (lol)
My name is Aleks, I am 20 years old and have recently started living my life on my own. Recently my move had brought up an urgent need for me to be road-bound on four beautiful wheels. I had gone down the traditional, and more or less; conventional route of browsing craigslist, however as most would assume the website itself can be misleading more often than not. Finally after some time my parents and I had come across Autos Direct; our salesperson, Mr. Dan Caldwell was a very sociable man and extremely easy to get along with, and when he had presented me with my ’97 Toyota Avalon I was highly impressed. For the price it was listed at it was a very good buy; my beautiful white tank of a sedan only has 170k miles on it and it STILL runs like it was just off of the lot, I mean for my first car that I’ve purchased on my own I’m very impressed. I wasn’t pressured into the buy, and Caldwell has been very flexible and patient with me. As is most of the staff. They are highly sufficient and reliable when it comes to servicing any customer they have. Honestly, if you’re looking for your first set of wheels, or even a car that’s reliable and set at a very good price I wouldn’t recommend any other place! My Toyota only cost 2,500 and this baby of mine will continue to run for a long time even still! In short you’ll be happy with the service, and thankful that these salespeople won’t grab you by the throat, trying to force you into buying something.
I assisted my sister-in-law in her search for a car and we were very pleased with the deal we found at Autos Direct Online. We were out the door within an hour with a great car! We would certainly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a vehicle.
We bought a 2009 Mazda 3 with the help of Dave Lastafka. We were very satisfied with our purchase, we got a great deal on a great car along with excellent service.
Thanks,
JD
I bought a range rover off these crooks and transmission went in 48 days. They were total dicks to me when i called. I hadda sell the car two months later took a 4500$ loss. I wouldnt recommend anyone buy anything off these guys.
I’m sorry to report that this was the worst car buying experience of my life, and at 58 I have bought and sold quite a few cars. In July 2012 I spotted a 2005 Subaru Baja on eBay, a model that I had been looking for, to give my son a car to take to college in the West Virginia mountains, and I know Subarus are safe, reliable and of course have all wheel drive.
I contacted Autos Direct Online and spoke to a salesman, making safety and reliability my highest priority in getting this (or any) used car. I sought assurances that this was a solid car that could be trusted to get my son back and forth from Virginia to West Virginia across hundred of miles of interstates crowded with tractor-trailers and folks going 75 mph (or more). I was told that the cars are “inspected,” thoroughly checked out, which seemed to agree with the CARFAX report provided, i.e. no accidents or major issues.
I told the salesman I was going to hit the BUY IT NOW button and he suggested that I could save $200 by taking the deal off-line, to which I agreed, not realizing at the moment that it did not give me the company warranty (and also later realizing that I would not be able to leave eBay feedback).
My son and I flew to Cleveland from Washington and were picked up at the hotel the next morning, prepared for a father-son drive home of about 7 hours. (Surprise!) When we got to the dealer to look over the car, there were immediate questions about the condition which were not represented on the auction listing: the prop rod for the hood was missing, a rear door hinge was broken, there was only one key and no remote, a taillight they had promised to replace was still out… but most importantly, my son (who is no mechanic) noted that the rear brake drums were heavily rusted and scored. The front brakes did not look quite as bad but they were still very questionable.
Up front I will tell you I blame myself for sending payment up front to hold the car! My fault! The dealership also looks very different from the polished, professional photos on the website! Had I not already “bought” the car I likely would have passed on it once I saw it, even if it meant forfeiting my deposit and flying back home.
I asked the salesman to have their mechanic look at all the brakes again, and he agreed, and came back shortly saying they would replace the rear rotors and pads but the front ones were fine. So my son and I had about an hour to kill looking around the area.
We got the car back and I signed the needed papers and I asked for the 30-day 1,000-mile warranty to be included, since I would have gotten that on the BUY IT NOW bid and the salesman agreed, though his finance manager did not seem very happy about it.
We got on the road, my son thrilled with his first “new” car and me keeping my fingers crossed that it would be a safe car for college travels. On the highway we had a shimmy in the steering, and stopped to check the tires – they were all at least 10 or 12 pounds low, so I filled them and the shimmy improved some. I also checked the oil and coolant levels, in light of the poor prep work the dealer had done.
We drove for about four hours and crossed the Pennsylvania Turnpike without incident, changed drivers, and I turned south on I-70 headed for the Maryland border when suddenly the CHECK ENGINE light came on and the car went dead, at 65 miles an hour. I coasted to the shoulder and we sat for a few minutes in the heat of the day as trucks roared past while I tried to restart the car. I got out to tighten the fuel cap thinking maybe that was the issue, and after a few more tries the car started but would not go over about 30, on a flat roadway, slower uphill, so we crawled to an exit on the shoulder and called AAA for a tow. I also contacted the salesman who asked me to “let him know what happens,” but as we were still some three hours from home, my concern was getting to a repair shop and off the highway.
We got the car to a Maryland Subaru dealer at dark and went to a local hotel, as the repair shop was closed, and went back first thing in the morning. The computer codes showed several problems, which meant the car would not be fixed any time soon, so the dealer gave us a loaner for the 80-mile drive home — which we would up keeping for a week while they sorted out the engine and other repairs, including all new front brakes and rotors, because the ones on the car (they gave me the old parts) were mismatched, with cracked pads and would not pass inspection in Maryland or Virginia.
Of course was son was very disillusioned about the car, and I told him it was under no circumstances a car I would trust either in the condition that it had been sold to us.
Once the repairs were done, including rear sway bar links to correct the clunking in the rear suspension, I had sunk about $1,500 in parts and labor in the car to get the engine running and so the vehicle would pass VA safety and emissions inspections.
I contacted the salesman several times about the warranty, which covered the engine, but he said, “Sorry, there’s nothing I can do,” and failed to follow up on my request for specifics about the engine warranty.
In the end I can be thankful that I was with my son in the car, instead of sending him off alone in it on a long trip if we had had the car shipped to us, which was one option offered.
The car failed to meet my basic stated desire for a SAFE, RELIABLE, ALL WHEEL DRIVE vehicle for my teenage son, and the dealership failed to meet any of my expectations for integrity and honesty – it’s the sort of business that gives “used car dealer” a bad name.
ALSO, THEY HAVE MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS — KEEP IN MIND THAT THEY OFFER $100 OR $200 DEBIT CARDS TO BUYERS TO WRITE THEM.
This was a long-distance car purchase. I appreciate the efforts by the Autos Direct Online owner to contact me directly by phone and offer full reimbursement for the $1,500 in repairs needed to the car, once the car was outside the dealership area.
We have been looking for a newer used Camry. Found one on Autos Direct Online fully loaded. Price was right, process of purchase was quick & easy unlike other dealerships. Everything was explained right over the phone and all we had to do was walk in sign papers & off we were with our new vehicle! Juan was a great salesman and would recommend Autos Direct Online to family & friends.
GREAT TRANSACTION! Extremely Quick! Went in today and bought today! Went looking for one thing and came out with something so much better at a GREAT price! Very willing to help you! Will be shopping here again in the future for future vehicles! Thanks Auto Direct Online for your service! Greatly appreciated
The Nissan Armada was the specific vehicle that I wanterd/needed. When I called into Autos Direct, they had one just acquired that was not even on the lot yet. Steve took good care in gathering information about the vehicle and sharing it with me even before it arrived. His descriptions were accurate and the prcing was extremely competitive. The first day that I had the vehicle, I noticed a brake fluid leak that both Steve and I missed during our vehicle check. Autos Direct stood by their product and fixed the leaking pipe even though I had already recieved the vehicle. I am a highly satisfied customer and would recommend Autos Direct and Steve to anyone I knew in the market for a car.
This is the second car that I have purchased from Juan at Autos Direct. I upgraded to a larger car after only one year and I receieved a very fair trade-in offer to apply to my new car. Juan did a thorough walk around of the vehicle over the phone and there were no surprises when I got to the dealership to see the car in person. I have personally recommended them to co-workers and friends, and when my wife’s van needs replaced, I know the first place I will shop!
I called about a car, Lexus RX400 H, under 100k miles. We were looking for a specific vehicle Black Onyx loaded, navi system, premium stereo, power lift gate, voice controls, and much more… All under $29k. I thought it was a joke the had three, on these rare cars starting a $14.5k -$18.5 k. We got our loan low rate and bought the $18,500, $355 per month over $10,000 less than everyone else. Okay now I thought there had to be a catch! It drives like a dream come true. I believe in good service as the owner of the number rated home security company in Ohio, 24-7protectionservices.com,I know the values on honesty, trust, integrity, and good customer service ” under promise and over deliver” make customers for life. We as customers want to get more then we bargained for. Steve treated my family with respect as a caring friend, and sincere advisor. It was the easies car purchase I have every experience. Never once did I feel like I was working with a snake oil salesmen like other companies do, and the pre owned car sales industry changed by way of “autosdirectonline.com” so that by there example the car sales men there can hold there head up high for the folks they have helped, and they can sleep good knowing there customer are coming back! We are!
Saw an ad for an Audi online after test driving one at another dealership. We called Autos Direct Online and came in to see the car they had. It was the same year as the previous car but had 10,000 less miles on it and was about $3,000 cheaper than the previous one we looked at. We had great service and a wonderful experience as getting a great deal on my dream car!
My experience at Autos Direct Online was a very positive one. I found the 2008 Chevy Tahoe online and it was exactly what I was looking for. I called ahead and made arrangements to look at it and when I got there they had it waiting for me to test drive. The Tahoe was in excellent condition just as Dave said it was. I ended up trading in my pickup for the Tahoe and was on my way. I was very impressed with the number of customers that stopped in to look at vehicles and how many of those customers bought and traded vehicles while I was there. This reassured me that Autos Direct Online was a dependable dealer and I had made a good choice in selecting them for my purchase.
After several months of searching for a new vehicle to purchase, I came across Autos Direct Online. When I visited their dealership, I was greeted by Julie who was very helpful & knowledgeable. She helped me find one of the best vehicles on the lot, a very clean & well-maintained 2005 AUDI A6 with low miles. The car was priced below market value and it also had a CARFAX. Julie was extremely patient with me during the entire process. When I arrived to pick up my new AUDI A6, it had a full tank of gas, they replaced one of the tires with a new one, and the car was completely detailed. Thank you Julie, you are a excellent sales consultant. Thanks Autos Direct Online. I will refer you guys to all my family & friends!!
After spending a month searching for a vehicle on Autotrader, Craig’s List and ebay, I kept ending up back at the Autos Direct Online website. The photos and description were accurate upon viewing the 2008 Saab 9-7x. Easy access to the free car fax was beneficial. Everyone I was in contact with was helpful, knowledgeable and professional, particular Julie, who took calls from me at hours of the day. I did a nationwide search of the vehicle with like features and mileage and ADO’s pricing beat beat them all.
I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Autos Direct Online. I purchased yesterday a 2005 Chevy Corvette at an incredible price. The car was exactly as described on-line (minus floor mats). The entire sales staff (Dan, Julie, Natalie & Sean) were great- answering every question I had and making the entire process as simple as possible. If you are looking for a great value in a used car I would highly recommend seeing what they have available!
I recently purchased a 2002 Ford Expedition from Auto’s Direct and couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and their service. The price was right and the vehicle was in very good shape and clean. They made my buying experience very pleasent and i do expect to business with them again in the future. And I must add that their price for the truck was considerably lower then anyone else’s that I look at
my name is nathan paholsky and I jus bought an 06 lincoln zephyr from autos direct online. It is a great cafr the trans and engine run strong. I got great customer service from juan rosario
I bought a 2001 BMW 335xi from Juan Rosario. The experience was great and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I am very excited to drive my new car around town – Anne Pietz
I just bought a 2006 lincoln navigator from autos direct online and it is one awesome vehicle. It was very clean and drove like a dream. The best vehicle ive ever bought and a great buying experience. Dan was my sails contact and he was very helpful and made everything easy on me. It was a great experience
Just thought i would write a review of my experience when buying a used GMC YUKON XL
from Autos Direct Online. My salesman, Juan Rosario was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout
the purchase. From picking me up at the airport to leaving the dealership. Juan was with me all the way
going over how the vehicles are prepared and taken care of prior to purchase. Rest assured you will get a vehicle that has been thoroughly inspected and all problems or maintenance items taken care of prior to leaving. It was a pleasure dealing with Autos Direct Online and I would not hesitate recommending Autos Direct Online to anyone interested in purchasing a used car.
2000 Ford Taurus
I purchased a car recently from Autos Direct Online, that I found posted on Cars.com. I was looking for a reliable beater car for the winter,as my 2012 Camaro isn’t great in the snow. The car was sold at a reasonable price, and is suiting it’s purpose. There seemed to be a vast variety of cars available from my car purchase class (winter beater) to high end models and imports. Julie was my sales person, she handled the transaction in an efficient manner.

I recently bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey from Autos Direct Online, my sales person was Julie Turner. I found that the vehicle was as advertised and had a clean carfax. It needed some TLC such as brakes and tires but was able to do those things myself and still managed to spend less than something comparable. Other than a strange odor in the car and a warrantied powersteering pump I was satisfied. I would recomend them to anyone.
Paul, Unfortunately my experience with them was terrible for they fully misrepresented the car.
Mr. Juan Rosario gave me his ‘word’ that they would either fix the car or buy it back, but the next day the owner, Mr.

My experience with Autos Direct Online also hasn’t been a pleasant experience. I bought the car on a Thursday and wanted to fly up on Saturday to pick it up because of my busy schedule. I was told that they had a policy in which they did a 3 day post inspection, and that if the car needed anything from rotors to brakes, that it would be done. After a few days, I contacted Dan to see if it were ready and they told me they wanted to keep it another 2 days to do a tune-up on the car.
When I went to pick it up the following Thursday Dan told me they replaced all the plugs because it had been misfiring. By Friday evening, the engine light came on and I took it to my mechanic who told me that the core needed to be replaced and that the valve covers that keep the core from getting wet had been stripped where the screws go in.
2 days after he fixed the core, the engine light came on again, only this time it was an EVAP leak. My mechanic fixed the problem but then told me that the brakes on the rear were almost metal to metal, that the rear bearings were shot, and that the front rotor was warped which is why it was shimming a little. All in all I’ve had the car 3 weeks and I’ve had to spend about $700 in repairs on things that I was told would have already been done in the 3 day post inspection.
I cannot recommend that anyone purchase a car from them because they do not do what they say they’re going to do.
I was so pleased with the way I was treated when I bought my Mercedes,I took my wife there and we bought her one too.I will buy from them again.
Great experience buying a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. I did not feel rushed or pressured when looking at the vehicle. DeMarr was curteous and honest and a pleasure to work with. My husband is in Afghanistan and I can’t wait for him to come home and see our new vehicle.
I purchased a 2008 Land Rover LR2 from AutosDirectOnline.com this past weekend and the entire process was delightful. There was no pressure, Jeff was extremely patient, the entire process was streamlined and I couldn’t have asked for better.
My husband will be in the market soon and he will definitely be purchasing from Autos Direct!
