The location of the dealership was in Brook Park OH, 41442. I live in North Canton Ohio 44720, so the dealership was only about a 50 minute drive. In the end it was well worth the 50 minute drive to purchase this car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly approached by a salesman named Jeff Payne. He introduced himself and we began discussing the Volvo. Jeff showed me the car on the lot and I inspected it and then took the car for a test drive. When I arrived back at the dealership, Jeff and I began to talk numbers and began the process of purchasing a car. Jeff was friendly and I would gladly do business with this dealership and Mr. Payne in the future, as well as pass along the good word.

Great communication (even on nights and weekends) and made the buying process very easy. I don’t love to buy cars, it’s nerve-racking, high pressure and involves commiting a large sum of money to a possiblly unknown product. I flew in from Harrisburg PA to Cleveland,one of the associates picked me up at the airportand shuttled me to their offices. I think autosdirectonline.com must be the busiest dealership I have ever been in. Between the phones ringing and the customer walk ins called it semi controlled chaos.
My vehicle had some issues,a broken turn signal lens and a malfunctioning A/C switch. They took care of both items and shipped them to me at no charge.
Overall, I would definately use autosdirectonline.com again in the future. Good discriptions,polite staff, and great prices. Thanks again

My name is Aleks and I am 20 years old, after recovering from extensive surgery I had proceeded to purchase my first car. Having heard in great review about Autos Direct I decided to dabble into it to see what I could find. My dealer, Mr. Dan Caldwell had connected me with my now 1997 Toyota Avalon. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the vehicle, and with the price that I was listed, and the car having only 170K on it; how could I possibly walk aways from it! I’ve had the car for maybe a week or two now and it’s still proving itself to me. The one thing that I had noticed was that the customer service with Mr. Dan was actually very fluid, and pleasant, he answered all of my questions with honestly and a “to-the-point” style I would reccomend them to anyone who’s looking to purchase their first car.

We had a friendly, courteous salesman (Dan C.), and we were treated with respect throughout the whole process (test drive, trade-in, and delivery). These guys use phones, text, and email to keep you up to speed on the whole process – as a former salesman for another dealer, I’ll say these guys are first class! We’ll be back for our next car!
FYI– we didn’t finance at the dealership, we used a credit union, but I didn’t want to give them no stars for it, and they didn’t have an “n/a” feature on this site.
