Saw a SUV online called on Sat. morning at 9:01 a.m. showing my interest and explaining that I was from out of town and am willing to give deposit over the phone and fly in the same day for delivery. Ryan (Sales man) was very friendly and told me to fill out pre-approval form at their website which I did immediately and wait for a call back. After hearing nothing for an hour I called and was told by Rob (Ryan’s Boss) to give him another 15 mins. Then, I receive an email from Ted (some un-known person) asking to fill out another credit app which I did and called Ryan back to confirm that they got it, just to find out and I quote ” The vehicle was sold, Management made a decision to sell the vehicle” and this was at 11.30 a.m. If this is what kind of work ethics this dealership has then they should have told me from the start that this is how they treat customers with mis-leading information and hopes. Very un-professional!!! Definitely I do NOT recommend them! Good Luck to Locals

My Prius is now 4 years old. I have been very pleased with the service dept. Easy to make appts. and car is ready on time. The shuttle service is great. Nice job.

The service that I recieved from my sales person Tom, was great ! He was attentive to my needs and concerns. The service that I received from Ardmore Toyota was great! But, I wish I would have negotiated a lower monthly payment.

I love my Toyota so much. The first experience I had with the dealership was so good I sent my father there for his vehicle. When my father passed in July 2012. I asked the dealership to take the vehicle back and resell it. He owed $9,300 dollars and the dealer could sell it for 9,500, They refused to do that. My father died with no money and it annoys me that the dealership had no compassion. I am planning on buying a new vehicle in 2014 and I doubt it will be there.

First off…I absolutely HATE purchasing a vehicle. The experience always leaves me angry, tired and disappointed. Ardmore Toyota changed that experience entirely. We were treated the way I like to treat my clients; friendly, honestly, professionally…like family.
Both my fiance and I purchased vehicle from Ardmore; she a 2013 FJ Cruiser about which she is positively giddy, and I a 2013 4Runner for my service business.
I had been using Ardmore Toyota to service our 2007 Lexus ES 350 so we were already familiar with the great service they give. The local Lexus dealers were anyting but professional and sometimes not always competent…go figure!
Buying a car at Ardmore Toyota was a no-brainer.
Would I recommend others?…already have and they are just as pleased!
Need a Toyota…Just go to Ardmore and see Alberto Portelo…the rest is easy!

I have always had a great experience with the sales team at Ardmore Toyota. My last experience was no different that the rest. No haggling, no muss, no fuss – I said what my terms were to trade in my car and my terms were met with a smile! I wasn’t in the market to trade my leased car in until the summer but I’m glad I took the test drive! Tom C. was great to work with.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership that had a bad transmission which was not disclosed to me. Once they had my check they did not want to do anything for me. It cost me 2,000 dollars to repair. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I USED THIS AGENCY FOR A FEW YEARS FOR SERVICE, NOT HAVING PURCHASED 2003 AVALON THERE.I LOOKED AT A 2011 AVALON AND WAS PLEASANTLY SUPRISED AT BEING ABLE TO CLOSE THE DEAL IN 15 MINUTES. THE SALESMAN WAS WELL INFORMED AND I FEEL I BOUGHT IT AT A FAIR PRICE FOR THE BOTH OF US. THIS BUSINESS HAS A STRONG ORGANIZATION AND IS VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED, PARTICULARLY THE SERVICE DEPT.
