The sales person who helped me was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy. The main sales person, Patrick Dougherty, was great as well as Mike Lomazzo who answered a lot of questions for me. After I was sure I wanted to purchase a Subaru, Mike Warnock was very quick and efficient with the financing. The entire staff that I was greeted by made my experience of buying a car fantastic and I completely love my Subaru Legacy!
Contacted World through AAA program. All was good and friendly through the test drive until I asked for a specific lease price and was met with an “around $350” over the phone. Came back face to face and the salesman, Mike Supreti, wouldn’t elaborate or provide with a specific price or particulars of a lease sheet. He got rude and arrogant at that point and suggested I look elsewhere, saying he’d rather bring in an Outback that he could sell than build a Legacy for me (at a cheap price.) My conclusion. Numerous complaints to his manager Joe Wadjda went unanswered, as did complaints to the numerous emails and phone messages other sales people left me that were computer generated.
This is by far the worst dealership I’ve been to out of about 10 others in my search for cars for my wife and I. Since then, people say they’ve also heard bad things about World. Too bad, they’re right around the corner from me.
