BUYER BEWARE – DON’T BUY HERE
I bought a 2006 Nissan Murano SL AWD from this delearship. It was making a small noise, and they took it into their shop to look at it twice. I was assured it was nothing major, but that if anything happened, since I was purchasing the “Ultimate” in warranties, I would be fine, and was further told that if the warranty would not cover the repairs, they would.
To make this short, I just scheduled my first payment for this car, that I only got to drive 3 days after the purchase before the transmission litteraly fell off. The after weeks in the shop and all sorts of excuses, the warranty company backed off from the repair, and soon after so did the delearship. All the sudden, amnesia fell in, and no one remembers saying anything about repairing it. But, they did offer for me to pay half of the repair bill. When I said no, they told me… I was “unreasonable” and left it at that.
I am currently in the process of formal complaints on the company, and will be seeking legal advise tomorrow. DONT BUY FROM THEM, and if you are brave enough to… make sure that anything they tell you is in writting, because when it counts, they will back out of it.
Hi folks,
I have been fooled into buying a lemon involved in an accident from this dealership. It is likely that they basically use this dealership to recycle damaged/prior accident vehicles after repairing them.
It is worthwhile to mention that they are really trained liars and understand the subtle tricks involved in deception around used cars. When you walk in you might meet a more “calm” salesperson as opposed to the more aggressive salesman of other dealerships. Also, they would act as if they are very reasonable people and would be willing to negotiate a bit on price etc. However ALL THAT IS POTENTIALLY A SHAM TO SLIP A lemon/salvage title to your garage. They are also very careful with all the paperwork so that you have little recourse in case you want to take a legal route to bring them to justice. Not to mention, it will not be easy to spot any prior damage to a car since the repair work and polishing/waxing will hide it nicely (and do not rely ONLY on carfax/autocheck).
I really hope that consumer feedback and information sharing becomes the bane of these dishonest liars and they are bought to justice – what a pitiable way to earn a livelihood and feed ones family!!
I would consider myself redeemed even if a single unsuspecting person who was about to walk into this dealership is now more aware of the trickery and deceit that these people indulge in and decides to walk away

I got a used Camry from this dealership… I was caught on the wrong foot by the apparent honesty, maturity and straight forward nature of the sales team here.
After the fact I have realized that the car sold to me was a lemon – probably had been in an accident (with good repair work done), has numerous mechanical issues – I have already spent about 1000USD after buying the car in 1.5 months.
The car was probably driven by folks within the dealers shop for about 2 months adding roughly 4000 miles to it!!!
Mismanaged and dishonest – this is a true place to avoid and potentially to file a complaint with the the consumer court…
Yes, I bought a car last year. I recently tried to trade it in on another car and the other dealer said that the car had a damaged frame. I had no idea the auto check did not have this on there. They sold me a car that was damaged and now I cannot sell it for the price I want . This is not a reputable dealer. I am very upset with this news.:(
