Everyone I met was really nice and friendly. I hate going into car dealerships and felling intimidated. Someone acknowledged me right when I walked in the door. My sales guy Tim was very helpful. Not pushy at all. I bought a 2009 Honda Civic. Two days after I had it, there was an oil leak. I took it back to the dealership immediately and they fixed it with no hassling needed on my part. They also gave me free oil changes for six months because of the trouble. I know from past experiences and stories from my friends about other dealerships that this is rare, so I’m definitely going to stick with Honda of New Rochelle. My only complaint is sometimes it feels like you’re on hold for a long time. Other than that, great overall experience.
