My girlfriend purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot in November. She traded in a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder which came standard with trailer hitch and wiring harness ready to hookup and tow a trailer.
We were both told by Ryan and the sticker states that the vehicle is all ready pre-wired for trailer hookup. We went to use the trailer hitch and realized that there is a wiring harness needed to connect the trailer lights up that is supposed to come with the vehicle. I called the dealership on Saturday to see if I could speak to Ryan about this issue and I was told he was with a customer, and they transferred me to the service desk. The guy in service told me that the harness is $260 + installation. I asked him to transfer me back to sales so I could speak to someone.
Dave answered, and at this point I was very irate, Dave told me that he would take care of this at no cost, and that Ryan would get back to us.
Today is Monday, I once again called, asked for Ryan and was told he is with a customer, and Dave told me he would be in touch shortly.
So far, We are not happy with the response from the dealership we have gotten to date. I called at approx 1230hrs and now it is 1432hrs, no calls back. Seems to be the MO of this dealership, once the sale is completed, they are no where to be found.

I called to get a cost for 120 miles maintenance service quote. She said $395.
The service was suppose to include checkup of the car operation.
I asked the lady, I get engine indicator light comes on and it goes away after restarting the engine. She told me that type check is not included in the checkup of the car it will cost me additional $98 and she told me I have to decide where I want to spend my money.
This is not fair. It is not a good customer service practice.
