I bought a used car from them. It was overpriced but they had what I wanted and were nice up until I got there and bought it. After the sale they were not helpful at all. First, it was supposedly checked over but my battery died a month or two after I bought it and I found out it had the original 60 month battery in a 6 year old car (=72 months or more). Theres no way that battery checked out with more than 50% capacity like AAA checks for. So $100+ extra after taking a loan to buy the overpriced car. They put on new tires but couldn’t replace the original battery? Second, they claim they didn’t have a second key but how hard is it to call the original owners and just inquire if they have it? Apparently it’s just too much to ask for. So $100+ more for me to get a backup key & remote. Third, they told me when I bought it they got it from a Honda dealer but when I called to ask about the second key or get the name of the dealer they bought it from so I can call and ask them about the second key, they said they don’t buy cars from other dealers. Then why did they originally tell me they got it from another dealer? Fourth, don’t get your financing from them. Right after I got the car, I started getting calls and mail from some credit union in Minnesota I never belonged to claiming I owed them money and somehow they had my cell phone number which I rarely give out and my work number. Nightmare!
