I was greeted when I walked into the dealership, I was asked if I needed help i said I was just looking for now, then i was told if I need help to let them know. When I did need help every question I asked was answered honestly. It was the best experience i’ve ever had buying a car. There service department was as as friendly as could be. I have sent my wife there for service and was worried they might try to add additional items because she knows nothing about cars. They never tried to oversell her anything. I would never think about buying a car from anyone else. My salesman calls me occasionally to ask me how everything is going and never tries to get me to come in and purchase a new vehicle. Last the showroom and service department are very clean.:D
Simply put, The Wickstrom team gets it. The facilities are impeccable and the team does a great job. We have bought from both the Ford Lincoln location and the Jeep store for our daughter. Mike and Dan in service are great and we get in and out when we need our maintenance. It is nice to get service from a dealer and not be over charged. Highly recommend.
Great dealerships for sales and service. We purchased a 2010 Ford Expedition EL from Wickstrom this summer. The sales team especially Brian Powell and Michelle Goss did an excellent job. My wife and I had a Volvo XC 90 that we serviced at Wickstrom’s Quicklane tire and Auto Center, initially because local Volvo dealer would not service our vehicle because we did not buy from them. We wanted a larger SUV, so we checked out the Expedition EL. We also consider the Toyota Sequoia but liked the Expedition and Wickstrom better than the Toyota dealers we visited. We continue to use the service at Wickstrom and highly recommend them.
The anti Theft device in my car would not recognize my key. The car wouldnt start. They cut me a new key and reprogrammed it. for $280.00. 2 months later, im stuck in a parking lot 15 miles away from home with the same issue with the new key. Scott had me tow the car there with a promise to get it fixed the next day. At first he wanted me to pay for the tow since the car is out of warranty. I pointed out to him that its due to the poor repair job they did previously and has nothing to do with the cars warranty. He finally relented.
I called at 8:00 a.m. the following day and was assured it was going to be looked at “soon”. Just prior to their closing time on Saturday I finally called him only to find out that the car was never looked at and it wouldn’t be until Monday some time. If he would have been honest with me, I would have taken the care to another dealer since I needed it for a business trip on Monday. Now it’s too late to rent a car since they are all closed for the day and I am stuck. Ive had to cancel plans for Sunday in order to rent a car for my trip. So now im out of pocket for a 5 day rental as well. I feel deceived.
On a previous visit to the same dealership they tried to jack up the cost of a transmission flush due the unrealized need at the time of the quote of a Dextron 3 “Premium” Fluid. When I questioned the validity of that product I was assured that it was necessary. I then asked to speak to the service manager who confirmed the need as well as the product. At that point I informed him that I formulate motor oil and Transmission fluid for a living and I could quote him chapter and verse on the specifications for both. There is no such thing as Dex 3 “Premium”. There is simply Dextron 3 or Dextron 6 which is factory fill only. Once presented with this information, they removed the charge from my bill and told me it was an error. How many other people fall for that error?
I will never bring my car to Wickstrom Ford again.

Overall this was the best dealership experience I have ever had. The place was very clean and service is great. I would highly recommend Wickstrom.
