My Paddock Chevrolet reviewAfter paddock had a sun roof installed in my 2013 malibu it has an oder that smells like a barnyard! I took it back to the dealer and was told they corrected the problem but when I picked it up the oder remained and got stronger after sitting a day or so with windows shut. I took it to 3 independent detailers as well as a collision shop and was told it had something in the seats and carpet.(probly chemical smell from sealant spill). I was told I HAD to take the car as it was when I picked it up from Paddock.So much for customre service.I asked them to shampoo the seats and carpet but they said no,it was given and “ozone” treatment instead. Delta sonic said they no longer use the ozone tx as it doesnt work and have gone to a different tx. I have had numerous co- workers check the car and have been told they would not put their children in a car emitting that smell. So if you dont mind being brushed off when you have issues with your new vehichle..go to Paddock..They can accomodate that for you! As well as the fact I have asthma and have been feeling the effect of this issue with the strong smell and TOLD Paddock of this…Once you buy the car..SEE YA!…I also checked the MSDS sheets and it wasnt pretty either.
