Crest Cadillac sold my Mother (85 years old, suspended Drivers license) a New 2013 Cadillac CTS..My mother has Mental-Health issues and is at the point in life, where she is a danger to herself and others, behind the wheel.. We had to take her old Cadillac away.. My mother made the comment that she was going to Crest to buy a new Cadillac.. I called Crest and spoke directly to Mike Kell, the sales Manager.. I completely told him the whole story with my mom and that she would be coming up to purchase a new car… I told him that I did not want them to sell a car to her.. Pezhaman Kayden, the other Sales Mgr. also knew about the situation.. Mike told me that he would inform his entire sales team.. My Mother called Crest up a few days later and talked to April Atkins, the salesperson.. Mom Mom explained that she had no way to Get to the Dealership to buy a car.. April Atkins went to here house to pick her up, took her to Crest and sold her a new car, knowingly and willingly at Sticker Price.. Mike Kell did attempt to call me at my Home, however I was unavailable.. April Atkins nad Mike Kell knowing my mom ‘s situation, did something that is totally “unconscionable”. They sold her a new car, as she presented them with a Blank Check. She never test drove the car. April drove her home and parked the car in her Garage for her.. I talked to the Owner of Crest, Mike Brosin, and he did offer to take the car back if returned within a 2 week period.. My mother, with her Mental Health issues, is scared to drive the car, however she wants to keep it and refuses to return it.. I know that makes no sense.. The car sits in the garage with 17 miles on the odometer.. I’ve confronted April Atkins and she know she did a terrible thing and took advantage of my Mother, she refuses to talk about over the phone and Mike Kell , would not return my calls after I spoke to him, the 2nd time.. They all know what they did was totally wrong. A Mentally-ill elderly woman that can’t drive, willing to pay any amount of money with a blank check over rides morals and ethics.. Shame on all of you Crest.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Ross Glauben and the rest of the staff at Crest Cadillac. My husband and I bought a 2012 Cadillac ESV. From the first time we walked into the dealership we were treated with the upmost respect. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Crest Cadillac had a great selection of vehicles and made the buying process enjoyable. Ross was kind enough to call the next day and check on our new vehicle and ask how we were enjoying it. I am very satisfied with the overall experience and I would recommend Crest Cadillac.
Extraordinarily overpriced even for a dealership. Performed the same service as a highly rated independent repair shop and charged 3X times the price for the same service. Did accurately diagnose the problem. Cost to repair was 50%+ higher than the independent repair facility.
Recommended additional service that had already been performed. They even had an invoice that showed that some of the same recommended work had just been done. Felt very much like the corner oil and lube store that tries to upsell extra work at a very inflated price.
In general, this dealership has a very unwelcoming feeling. Every time I have used them, I have come away feeling like I have been taken. The price of their service is not worth the value. I also use Park Place Lexus and come away with a completely different feeling. They have a premium price on their service as well, but at least I feel like I am getting a good value for the price and that I can trust their representatives’ advice and recommendations.
I do not plan to use any of the Crest dealerships again for either a purchase or for service.

Great job, and great service. Every time either I or my wife have been in to the store Jeff and Ryen have come out to cisit and say hello, anc check on my needs. My wife has already recommended Crest to a friend and she is visiting with Jeff today.
Traded up from my 2006 CTS to a 2011 black on silver today with Kevin, great service, excellent price and rate beat all the rest but since I didn’t have much time on my hands they got me in and out and had everything on point. :D:D
Best service department and treated like a celebrity, I guess this is why its totally worth buying a luxury car.. I love every bit of my service department every time I come in.
Unfortunately I didn’t come here first I’ve been trying to trade in my Hummer and went to Cadillac dealer in dallas decent people at first and then keep me for over 6 hours, way low ball my Hummer as a trade and then make me go back following day. So yesterday went to Crest Cadillac, spoke to Kevin got my truck appraised for $4,000 more and got me my Escalade and excellent excellent service! This is worth the extra 15 minute drive for me! Thank you!
Sales associates all here are extremely knowledgeable about the products and are very professional. No haggling back and forth straight to business and really made this an original experience.
We have been looking for a pre-owned Escalade for some time now and found it here what was impressive was how quickly they responded to my online inquiry and got me a great price immediately and when I came in we still got the opportunity to negotiate an even better deal maybe it’s the holidays and they’re feelin generous lol but whatever it is sure made our experience pleasant.
Happy to say my wife and I just had the best service at Crest Cadillac, we bought here last year but moved away and we’re here for the holidays and glad I came to visit service again, this service department is unbelievable they tend to you immediately, take care of you, honest, greet, I feel like we cant say enough.. the waiting area is very nice, coffee is hot, service is OUTSTANDING! Wish we lived back here again, we don’t get this kind of service anymore. THANK YOU ALL FOR WONDERFUL SERVICE AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
We went to research the Cadillac SRX trying to find a car that fit our needs and budget. We had several vehicles in mind; Volvo XC60, Nissam Murano, GMC Acadia and the SRX. Tony did a great job showing and explaining all the details of the SRX, he made the experience fun and exciting. We told him that our decision would take about two to three weeks and he was understanding and not pushy at all. We went to all the other dealers and were just about set on the Volvo and decided to take a second look at the SRX. Bruce at Crest Cadillac was wonderful staying past 8pm to answer all of our questions and help us compare the two cars. After a night to sleep on our decision it was clear to us that the SRX and the service that Crest Cadillac provides could not compare to the others. Before leaving the lot Tony and Bruce sent us over to Greg Vetrano’s department to explain all the features of the SRX. He was patience and took all the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable with the car’s features. I would recommend Crest to anyone in the market to buy a car. They understand customer service and know how to make the car shopping/buying experience fun. Oh and they got us a great deal, they worked hard to make the car fit in our budget.
The reason I gave “5” ratings is because this dealership deserves it. Every person we came into contact with was helpful and courteous. The sales personnel, Nancy and Tony worked for five hours to find the exact car we wanted and worked tirelessly to work out the payments that fit our budget. I have NEVER experienced such good salesmanship.
There were no pressure tactics–just genuine helpfulness. I appreciate being treated so professionally. They made me feel important and respected my views on what I wanted in a Cadillac.
I will recommend this dealership to everyone. 😀
Mr. Elizondo was very friendly until I tried to return the car and udo our deal a few days after the fact, at which point neither he nor anyone else at Crest cared to provide good service.:( They were rude and arrogant.
