smooth transaction, no problem, great ammount of vehicles to choose from. Max was very patient in helping me pick out my new mustang. Thanks to all
Bought the car there brand new the salesman was condescending and spoke only to my husband wouldn’t even look at me. Three years later I am 40 miles from home and my car starts chugging and my check engine light comes on. I call they are too busy to see me. Drive there and they would not even look at it. Brought it around the corn to Newins Ford who took it in and fixed it no charge because it was still under warranty. Will NEVER EVER go back there!!! Thinking about trading the car in because of three years ago aggravation and rudeness topped off by aggravation and rudeness of the service department. Not happy and do not suggest at all to anyone ever.
We had a good experience buying from the Mazda side. We knew what car we wanted as soon as we walked in and John wasted no time helping us get what we wanted. After purchasing the car, my husband had a financing question and Lou was available to help right away. Overall a good car buying experience!
I was pleased with my expirience with this dealership and it’s staff. My salesman John was an upstanding man who was honest and forthcoming with information I requested about the used vehicle I was purchasing. The only hitch I had was the urgency to get “the deal on paper” after we had reached a handshake deal. Since I have purchased many vehicles in the past I have come to expect that from car sales managers-so it’s not a real negative it’s just something we customers have to deal with. The sales manager and finance consultant were also very accomodating and honest guys. In the end we all walked away with what we wanted and we were all smiling. I reccommend you pay them a visit if you’re looking to purchase.
good job!!
I dont shop – I buy and the help I received from Dom and the staff made for a quick and painless purchace of a 2012 Suzuki SX4. I would recommend this dealership and staff whole heartedly.
DAVID WAS JUST GREAT YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER SALESMAN. HE WAS THE KINDEST MAN LET US TAKE ANY LINCOLN MKX FOR A RIDE. TOLD US TO TAKE OUR TIME DID NOT PUT ONE OUNCE OF PRESSURE ON US. THIS IS MY 3RD CAR I HAVE BOUGHT FROM BRIGHT BAY PLUS MY DAD BOUGHT ONE AND MY SISTER BOUGHT A LINCOLN MKX FROM THEM. BILL IN FINANCING WAS GREAT AND HAD A GREAT SENCE OF HUMER . YOU WONT BE SORRY BUYING FROM THEESE MEN SO IF YOU WANT A SERVICE DEPT THAT STANDS BEHIND YOU .AND THE REST OF THE TEAM IS TOP GRADE A GO TO BRIGHT BAY YOU WONT BE SORRY MIKE DAGROSSA BOHEMIA N.Y.
Dom was professional and easy to work with. He had the car ready when he said he would. We needed a car quickly and within 4 days we had the car in our possesion. I hadn’t purchased a new car in 13 years and was dreading the process, I was pleasantly surprised how quick and easy Dom made the process.
My salesman Dom was very personable and willing to address all of my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
After leasing my first Mercury Mountaineer from Chris a few years ago, I knew I had an excellent salesman. He personally took care of moving my many belongings from my old car to my new one. He was extremely professional and listenend to what I had to say and what I was looking for. He knew I wasn’t going to settle and neither was he. When my lease ran out on my first Mountaineer, I again went back to Chris. I am so saitified with his service and personal care. This time he helped sinc my phone to my car and adjust the wheel locks. I would definitely recommend Chris as an outstanding salesman to anyone.
Very understanding, fair and knowledgeable.
Domenick Babbo is a very knowledgeable and personable salesman. You are very lucky to have such a good employee.
Sincerely,
Steven Rogers
Purchasing this car was a great experience. Frank Beltrani made everything easy! He even came to pic me up from the LIRR train station.
Well, I wanted to post this so that others will not get caught up in the mess that Brightbay did to me. First off, I bought a 2003 mercury mountaineer. The list price was $16k., after reviewing the paperwork, they listed the sales price as $18k! Then the paperwork for the warranty had the mileage wrong. The truck had 35k miles, all of the paperwork showed 38k.
I have to admit that I thought I was getting a GREAT deal. Especially since the truck that I was buying was the same exact truck on the showroom for selling for almost $20k and mine had much lower mileage.
The salesman showed me what I have since found out was a bogus carfax report. When I asked him for a copy it never managed to appear.
My first sign of the lemonade that I was soon to make was the air condensor went out less than 3 months of me having the car. I took the truck back because the rotors were shot and that wasn’t even 1k miles in. I had to fight with the woman @ the sales desk who acted like I was getting on her nerves by complaining. She then proceeded to explain to the sales manager that it was my fault & I had the car and wore the rotors by driving. Little did she know, I only drive 20 miles per day roundtrip to work. After the rotors were “replaced” she then gives me my keys and says “the car is in the back behind the car wash, push the alarm button to find your car.” What great customer service right?! So after that fight, I decided not to take my car back to that sales department.
But the meat and potatoes of this complaint is that since having my truck, I have had the transmission replaced, a new engine, 2 air condensors, a fuel pump and NUMEROUS other repairs. I wouldn’t recommend taking a car from them if they gave it to you for free! This has been the worse vechile I have ever owned. The sales men are deceptive and all a bunch of crooks!
Used car. poor quality. They say they do not certify because it costs 1000.dollars.But the truth is the cars may not be illigable.DON,T KNOW. The fiance peson ,also fast talker read ,read re-read then do not sign walk away.
the car i wanted at a fair price .
my previous car off lease returned , no gimmicks.
in and out in little time an easy experience
This is by far the worst dealership ever! They feed you empty promises and treat you with such disrespect. Max in the sales department is useless. He told us he would fill our recently purchased car up on gas..didn’t, give us paint touch up..didn’t, give us mats for the car.. didn’t. Then when we asked another employee for the things that Max promised us when Max was out for the day, that person told us that Max just said those things to shut us up! Then Bill, who is in the billing department spoke to me like I was child when I needed further explaination about what the process of taking out a loan was. So when I brought my mother the following day to help clarify things since this was the first car I bought from a dealership, he spoke like that to her as well! Furthermore, nobody communicates with each other so nobody knows what the other is doing. Their excuse is “that’s a different department.” How is a business supposed to work when nobody talks to each other? Somebody almost gave us our keys to the car without us finishing signing the paperwork! Anyway if I didn’t fall in love with the car so much, I wouldn’t of have bought it. I would never ever buy a car from this place again. Everyone you talk to is rude and obnoxious and if you look like you are young, they will treat you that way.
DOMONICK were very pation !i looked at car after car and tried car after car until i made up my mind .domonick was very good he took time with me to make sure it was the right one THANK YOU AGAIN
I so agree!! Max was a horrible salesman who was condescending and would not even look at me, he only spoke to my husband. I ended up with the car ONLY because I was on a time constraint because my car had been totaled. Now in dealing with the service department for simple oil changes and experiencing Janice’s particular fondness for rude I will never set foot anywhere near that place again! And I want to trade this car in just because the whole experience surrounding it has been terrible….thinking about GMC
