Saw ad in paper for FX at great price. Called and they had 3 in stock at that price. Drive down same day and purchased the care. Very professional. No pressure to buy things we did not want.
My Husband and I went to Infiniti of Chantilly for a used EX35 listed on their site. When we got their, we were greeted by a sales person who was cleaning himself as he walked toward us. We got to what we were looking for and asked if we could test drive that specific car.
SO then while we were test driving, my husband had a couple of questions about the car that he started asking the sales guy. The sales guy on the other hand was intent on discussing his life and its issues with us and would get irritated and blow off my husband’s questions. My husband is a reasonable guy, so he let go of it.
We get back to the showroom, and this person starts talking to us about a deal. At this point my husband says that he would like to think about the car a little and talk to our bank about financing. To which this sales guys runs to get his manager.
The manager sat down with us and politely started a conversation that very quickly lead to aggressively asking us to make a purchase that very day. To which I stepped in and said that since it was not possible to make a purchase that very day, we should not be pushed like that. The manager gets up heatedly and asks the sales guy to let us go and then storms out of the cubicle himself.
My husband and I left without saying much. A week later a friend of ours looking for a car asked us for suggestion and we suggested that they visit Inifiniti of Chantilly since it was close to their place and they had a decent used car inventory.
Our friend called us yesterday while leaving that dealership to tell us that they had an even worse experience. The sales manager told them, “Don’t waste my time or my sales peoples’ time. Just go buy it somewhere else”!!
Who says things like that? What sales person behaves in that manner? How does this business still run??

After stopping by this dealership to verify one detail (position of car seat latches), this is the email I received. This particular dealership collects and stores all of your info every time you visit. This one time I chose not to give them my last name and all I wanted was someone to open a car for me.
Enjoy ….. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership.

I just completed a lengthy discussion with two Sales Consultants and a receptionist all of whom have tried to be accomidating and courtious to you during your visits to my dealership. I was amazed to hear you have no loyalty to my staff either Dan or Fredy who have tried to make your time here pleasant and enjoyable. In the future please feel free to visit any other Infiniti dealer in the area except for mine. There are just some customers you can not make happy or lose enough money to make a deal with them and you fall in to that category of customer. We appreciate the opportunity to sell you a QX56 but at this point in time we are no longer interested in your business.

The sales manager is an idiot and pathetic he doesnt care about you ..he ill treated us… plz avoid chantilly infinity… I honestly recommend you not to go there and waste your time… they SUCK. whats the price on the internet is final price they dont want to negotiate and if you try to negotiate they insult you and indirectly kick you out of there. If you are willing to pay the price they decide go there…they pressurize you to buy the car …hmm waste of time.
Similar experience with me. imho this is not a good dealership.
They were great about fixing up my 1996 I30 and I think we will be buying a EX from them soon….!
Purchased an EX from them – great expereince. No pressure, good price, great package of services in their 500 Club. Highly recommend!!
