Had a great experience working with Tom. He did a great job with letting my wife and myself know about everything with the Nissan Rogue that we leased.
My Wife and I had a great experience with Dennis Dillon. We have purchased 3 vehicles from the same associate, Parker, due to the excellence he provided us on every purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson.
we bought a new kia forte from dennisdillon kia we found the car we wanted online from cars.com and called. Brian answered the phone he was very polite and answered all the questions we had. he asked if we would like to come in and test drive. we showed up on Saturday and Brian remembered the trade we had and greeted us. they gave use a great price on our trade. we also talked to mike and Jason the managers and they were very nice and said thank you. i would recommend any one to buy a car from dennisdillon very professional.
Being in the market to trade my old Kia for a new car, I was impressed by DD’s prices.
Driving through their lot, I found the car I wanted, a 2013 Kia Forte, it was the perfect color, trim, rims, etc. As soon as I parked in front of it, Mr. Kennedy (Didn’t remember his first name), came out, and formally introduced himself to my brother, and I. I told him what I wanted to do, as far as a trade in, and he was very professional, and helpful in decision making. He was also very easy to work with in negotiating prices, and interest rates. He even supplied my brother with bottles of water while doing business. A very professional salesman…I would highly recommend Mr. Kennedy to anyone considering purchasing a car.
I went into DD on April 13 (don’t buy a car on Friday the 13th apparently). The car I came to look at was, to put it nicely, a pile of shit. First, we walked all across the lot looking for the car (no golf cart for me!) and when we found the car, it looked like a couple homeless had been living in there for at least a month. I wouldn’t have paid $500 for it. So, I looked at what else they had. We found a 2008 Chevy Malibu. It was a nice car. I decided to buy. When it came down to figuring out the price for my trade in, honesty when right out the window. They were offering me $1000 for my Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition with 120k miles on it. Everything mechanical was in perfect working order. They said it was worth $3-4k, but factoring in about $2000 in cleaning, the price dropped. I kept that car immaculate, cleaning it every 2 weeks. They quoted me $300 to fix the airbag light that the Ford dealership stated was a $50 charge for labor. So, at this point, I should have just left. But, I didn’t. I mentioned I was hungry and the salesman said he would get me something. That never happened. After finance, I had been there about 6 hours and hadn’t eaten all day. Since the sale, I’ve been back there 3 times. When I test drove the car, I didn’t notice a vibration while turning. They don’t know how to fix it. I took it in because the A/C stinks. They don’t know how to fix it. And, when I took it in for the A/C, I waited from 8am-1pm and the car was parked outside the service center the whole time. I had to come back, leave it over night, come back and the problem still isn’t fixed. The service guys are nice and all, but I would never buy from them again after all the hassle I’ve been through. I wish I would have just kept my Explorer!
I drive a 2004 GMC Envoy that ran a P0128 code. Needed a new thermostat. No biggee. I have liked using Dennis Dillon because they always provide a convenient shuttle service and when I had a major repair, a computer, I felt very comfortable that they were being straightforward with me. This time the service tech seemed to be more interested in finding additional problems, maintenance items than completing the actual repair (even though I had been there for an oil change just months before and no one ever mentioned any of the same items). He didn’t even finish and in fact when I picked up my vehicle, the air conditioner was now not working. I drove around in 80 degree heat with hot air blowing through the vehicle. I had driven too far from the dealership and it was too late to have it fixed that day. I ended up having to make a second trip back the next day using up my lunch break. While they fixed it (finished the original repair), I think they could have offered a discount on the maintenance issue that the tech advised me to have done and for which I would have already been in for had somebody mentioned it when I had the oil changed. He obviously was too preoccupied to finish the original job. 😡
We have been looking for a car big enough for our family of 5 for a long time. One day we stopped by just to “look”. However, we ended up finding a Ford Excursion that would be perfect for our family; the price was right and of course the size was right. Benny V was our salesperson and he did great! I told him right off the bat that we had all three kids with us so we didn’t want to wait around all day to be told that we weren’t approved and we didn’t want to be pressured into buying a new car that we couldn’t afford (high pressure salesman are a pet peeve of mine). Benny did exactly what I asked of him and only looked at financing for the car after we test drove it and decided we liked it. By the time we test drove it, got approved for financing and signed the papers (and filled it up with gas) we were in and out of there in 2.5 hours…which is pretty good if you ask me. This is the second car I have bought from Dennis Dillon and I am once again very pleased with the service and will continue to come back here for any cars we buy in the future. 🙂
We went on the internet to find the car we wanted. We read an ad from Dennis Dillon Motors in Boise, Idaho. It was a long shot but they had the exact car we were looking for. We called Sales for Roy Baxter who discribed the car perfectly. He picked us up at the airport in our new/used car! Roy took us to Dennis Dillon Moters where we had the best experience ever in buying a car. Vern, their sales manager, offered help with the airline tickets from Spokane, Wa. We met Kim in the shop, Ryan is acc. sales, and David is the closing. all facilities were spotless as well as all the employees dressed properly. Our experience wasn’t just first class but it was world class. If you are in thre market for a car please call Roy Baxter at Dennis Dillon Motors. 888 204 5161 or 877 278 2904
I had a great experience buying my 2010 Nissan Murano this week at Dennis Dillon Nissan. I friend of mine recently bought a new Nissan at Dennis Dillon and told me she had a wonderful experience. I went to look at their selection of Murano’s and take a test drive. The salesperson, Scott, was very helpful and knew a lot about the vehicles. I found the perfect Murano, got a great price for the car and a good value for my trade. The management staff was also very helpful and Bruce ensured that I was happy with my purchase and ensured everything went well. Great experience from start to finish. It was fantastic, would tell anyone they have the BEST pricing and selection of Nissans.
I had the most wonderful experience buying a new 2010 Nissan Murano this weekk at Dennis Dillon.:) I was told buy a friend who had just purchased a Nissan at Dennis Dillon that they had a great experience and knew that I was in the market for a new Nissan, so I decided to try it out. She was right. Not only did they have the best price, they had the Nissan Murano I wanted. The whole process of getting the car was great. Scott made it easy and fun. I got a GREAT PRICE on the car I bought and a very, very fair price on my trade. The whole experience was very good. The whole process did not take a lot of time from start to finish. Even a manager named Bruce, came down and made sure everything was ok and thanked me for my business. Wonderful experience, thanks.
