Promised the navigation system. It had the system but no DVD. After weeks of trying to get it from them and many promises, I was told they would not provide as it was not included in the price of the truck. Since I am not from the area, they could just blow me off and not affect their reputation? Power of the internet Don! How about some integrity!????
I had lost my good credit due to divorce and medical bills. I called and was invited in to see what Wollert could do for me. I had to work so Mr.Hawks had me fill out an application online. Within 30 minutes I received a call that I was approved.
I did have to provide some specific proofs but by the time Mr.Hawks and his manager Lance got done I had a better vehicle than I thought I could get and at a very good rate for my credit.
I have since moved but recommend that you call them . Great people.
I don’t know what planet the first reviewer is from, but Kent Wollert and his crew are pillars of this small community. Kent a straight-shootin’ kind of guy, and doesn’t suffer fools gladly. Highly Recommended!
The guy whining about Kent Wollert is a rube. His “event” happened over seven years ago, and he’s still carping about it. Turns out the guy is John Sell of Montrose. Lives in his mom’s basement. Looked up “loser” in my dictionary and this guy’s face is displayed. http://home.earthlink.net/~statjr/aboutme.html

We were searching for a new van to send to an upfitter for accessibility modification. Received a certificate from GM to use, included with it were instructions and advise from the GM rep on use.
Following the instructions we specked out a van and really liked the deal. Again, as per the instructions given by GM rep, then present certificate and said here is the thing, what can you do with this for us.
The salesman took the cert to Mr. Wollert who then stormed into the room and accused us of stealing his money and trying to rip him off. When we tried to talk to Mr. Wollert he was belligerent, throwing stuff onto the desk, nearly hitting my disabled and elderly father.
I did finally lose my cool and told him what I thought and we left. Contacted GM and filled a complaint. Also filled a complaint with the BBB but Mr. Wollert apparently has them in his pocket.
He did, on the urging of the BBB call to offer a half hearted apology. I accepted but no customer willing to spend $30K+ should be treated this way. Especially when you are following the directions of the companies rep.
That was not the salespersons name, by autofill missed up.
Wollert GMC was the only dealership that responded to my Internet request the same day.
I wanted a 2009 Acadia and no one around had them in stock.
I wanted the acadia with Rear DVD, leather and it had to be blue… (my wifes birthday)
After getting the run around in Junction, we jumped online and asked if it was possible to find one with a 45000 MSRP.
Jeremy Silva responded immediately and found an Acadia 350 miles away in Wyoming…
But… he also found one with the options we wanted… without all the stuff we didn’t want and save us over $2000.
The Acadia was delivered to us within 48 hours and they gave us a great trade in value on our Tahoe.
I will recommend them to my family.:D
