My Robbins Chevy Nissan Isuzu reviewI came in to sell my SUV about 3 weeks ago. I needed to pay off approx. 5,000 before they would take it. I owed approx. 21,000. I was offered 16,200 by a salesperson and approved by a finance manager. I was told I had 3 weeks are so to secure the money and pay off the 5,000. So, I left the dealership and parked the SUV for the 3 weeks so as to not put anymore miles on it. I secured a personal loan for 5,896 which was the difference between what I owed, 21K or so and the 16,200 I was offered by a salesman at Robbins Chevy. So, I made this finanical decision based on that deal. I came back (yesterday) after three weeks ready to make the deal and sell them my SUV. Guess what???? The sales person I worked with doesn’t work there anymore, they don’t by vehicles over 60,000 and there is nothing they can do. Basically, I got screwed. Very dishonest bunch over in the used car department at Robbins Chevy. They make deals and refuse to honor them. I think thats called a lack of integrity. If they keep screwing customers they wouldn’t be in business for much longer. Too many other dealerships out there to have to go to Robbins. I would not recommend it. Thanks for listening.
