Went in for warranty repair. Told me that I was out of warranty period. I pointed out that I had 60,000/5 year Premium warranty & they said that my gas cap cover not covered even though it was “known to break in cold weather”. Quoted $350 to repair spring on gas cap door. What a joke. Got it fixed at a non Ford place for $50.
Sales and service are terrible liars. technicians are incapable liars.
I brought a car from them the payments where ok but a a year ago we had a car wreck, when it was time to cancel the warranty they gave me the runaroud and they want to add the refund on the next car and i said no 90 day later i still have not seen any refund, the guy they got working in the financed dept. when it comes to give cust.back some money he is a ass.
Nothing but problems from the beginning, I have bought several car from Pollard ford, but will never buy another nor recommend this dealership to anyone.Considering on lawsuit and also calling local news, and reporting to consumer reports, and BBB.

the service department has terrible technicians. they lie about repair and then will strand you so they can try and lie more. Puchased a used vehicle which the a/c didnt work in. they say oh we have it fixed get home and two days later it is inop. and now they want me to pay for a rental when i had a vehicle to drive before the lies. i would rtecommend you go some place else for purchase or repair.
