Was told that i will need a deposit to order a car. so i gave my deposit and salesperson said they called Audi and ordered my car. Then a week later. Salesperson who i am tempted to say the name but will not because i am not that kind of a person, informed me that Audi of North America cancelled all the orders. I was told that Audi is no longer taking orders. Well guess what, I called other dealership and they said they can definitely order my car. I don’t write reviews, but i am so disappointed right now that i have to let it out. I would think twice before buying a car with this dealership. Lesson is don’t just focus on one dealership when buying a car. Good thing i was still in contact with other dealerships
Cannot imagine how they are in the service business. Brought my 2004 A4 Quattro Conv in many times. Tried to fix the same problem 4 times, and then after I returned (since the problem was still present) they told me I was out of warranty. Charged me for loaner car when it should have been included. $3600+ for break rotors and pads which they claimed took over 10 hours (labor rate of $129.95 total $1520.00)
Wouldn’t mind getting robbed blind so much if they knew what the f’k they were doing. My reason for not purchasing another Audi was the repairs cost more than the car. Maybe 2004 was a bad year for Audi, it sure put a dent in my pocket.
The BELL AUDI is HORRIBLE place to fix your car. They SCREWED my car when i went for a recall. My A6 started vibrating and they did not how to FIX THAT.
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS HORROR PLACE. Technician are dumb.

I bought a pre-owned certified 2007 Audi A4 less than one month ago and im not happy. When I picked up the car i first noticed the poor detailing job. There were wax spots all over it and the interior didnt even looked touched. The sales man even made the comment “sometimes i think they clean these cars with their eyes closed”. Later in the afternoon after returning home and while cleaning the interior of the car i than noticed a golf ball sized hole in the rear speaker grill which was never pointed out to me or documented on the “300 point” inspection (i guss that was point 301). They are fixing the speaker grill free of charge but its extremely inconvenient, not to mention I waited in service over an hour to find out they ordered the wrong part and now have to go back. Also, when i bought the car the salesman told me there was satelitte radio but i later found out that i have to pay $650 to have it installed. Finally, today while driving to work my check engine light came on. Not even one payment made on the car and the check engine light. I had a Toyota tacoma for 10 years and the check engine light didnt come on even once. I would NEVER recommend Bell Audi.

I very interested in purchasing a CPO Audi Q5 and decided to call this dealership. I never received a phone call, I tried sending an e-mail and nevers got a response. So finally, I decided to walk in and see if I could test drive the vehicle. Well….not one sales person approched me. I ask the receptionist and she told me that someone would be right with me. That never happened. I felt that their attitude was highly dissapointing. Almost as if they are doing you a favor and you have to prove yourself worthy enough if willing to purchase an Audi. This is the worst dealership I have ever see and I’m starting to notice a really bad rep on all Audi dealerships. It seems to be endemic among Audi Dealers. So I bought a Cadillac and I’m happy with it.
