Im so pissed right now at these guys!!! We can’t get anything done in this country w/all the LIEING going on! From car dealers to Government! Its so sad that we have become like this! Screw it! I didn’t want to buy a car in the Obama administration anyway!!!!!
Terrible after sales service. Do not rely on anyone in the organization to be either truthful or even helpful after you have completed your purchase.
Everyone was very nice but we traded a truck and was told we don’t need your truck to make this deal and told us what it was worth, brought out all kinds of paperwork to proof their point, we made the deal and five days later the vehicle we bought needs $1000 worth of work and of course there is nothing they can do about it! And to add injury to insult the truck they didn’t “need” in now on their lot five days later for twice what they gave us for it. I have bought many many cars and know you don’t always get what your car is worth in trade and half?? They totally took advantage of us and completely ripped us off, real nice way to do business. Thanks for nothing.
Took my car to Nick Mayer Lincoln service for 4 new tires and an alignment. They did an OK job mounting and balancing the tires, however, they did not do the alignment on the rear tires correctly. I took it back to Nick Mayer to have them look at it.
The alignment was wayyyy off.
They denied any fault, and said they would have to double-charge me for an ADDITIONAL alignment check.
Here’s the kicker: I wanted to pay with an American Express credit card, and they refused service unless I paid with CASH. I inquired why and the girl at the front desk stated that she didn’t want me to chargeback the service.
The person running the front desk was rude, and spoke to me in a condescending manner.
Horrible customer service, poor quality repairs. The service department honestly has no idea what they are doing. I would not recommend.
I got a call one morning and was told Eric can refinance my auto for less montly payments and interest. At firt I told him that I was no intersted but he called me 3 times a day every day for 2 weeks. I went into the dealership to prove to him that he was not interested in refinancing my already owned vehicle due to the high mileage that was on my vehicle. I owed about $5000.00 on my vehicle to pay it off & instead of refinancing my vehicle they wrote it up as if I just purchased it from them and added tax & title & a $1500.00 power train warranty and now I over over $8000.00. When I called they act like they never heard of me and Eric is never in the office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP-THEY ARE CROOKED.

No pressure, just honest and insightful recommendations to help me maximize my value and purchase. The price was the lowest out there and I looked around. Last bought a Mercury Mariner Limited. We love it.
I was promised a completely working vehicle before I signed the papers and as soon as I got home and tried to put my vehicle in 4-wheel drive, it would not work. I have called the dealership and they will not return my calls. I paid $10,000.00 for my vehicle and have to put almost $1,000.00 more into it the first day that I bring it home. That was a scam. They also lied to me about other things. If they would call me back, I would not have to write a poor review. I feel completely taken advantage of. I don’t like salesmen, but I thought maybe they were different. Apparently not!!! I would never buy another vehicle from them again!!!!!!
