I have never had a group of sales representatives to work so hard to please their customer! Awesome experience!! They worked diligently and with no complaint for hours to provide us with the best deal!
If you go into a legal binding contract for a car sale purchase and sign the legal papers stating the bank instituition of Financing and all of the documents and then when you leave with a handshake and the dealership thanking you for your business than your pretty much just purchased the vehicle so the next steps is your plates, registration which the dealer charges you to do for you and you switch your car insurance. The only other reason you should have to go back to the dealership is for the obligations of something they promised and maybe not fixed or completed on the vehicle itself. It is complately illegal in my book to sell a vehicle and approve the financing if it in true fact was not approved. You do not ask someone to bring the vehicle back after 10 days of owning your new car and signing the paperwork especially when they have had your trade in vehicle and was supposed to pay off that previous vehicle loan within that 10 day period. You have now switched all of the tags, insurances and everything is complete. It is unruly and unprofessional and Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep has represented that enviroment. I recommend not doing business with this company and believe there are some illegal practices going on in this company.
