Matt Moore’s middle name should be “miracle worker”. Today he pulled off the impossible deal of the century. Matt gives 110% of his time, energy, knowledge and professionalism to get the deal done without any pressue. This is the second auto I have purchased from Matt. I am a long time customer having bought one of my first cars from them back in 1986. Today Matt went above and beyond what any salesperson would do. Loaned me a car so I could run an earrand and had all the paperwork and financing done by the time I returned. My granddaughter loves her new “wheels” and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Everyone pulled together to make this deal work as it wasn’t an easy one to do. Matt should be “salesman of the month” if not the year. I highly recomend his services. You couldn’t be in better hands than those of Matt Moore. Thank you Matt for making my day. Love the car!
Didn’t deal with mechanic. Only with SM Rich and SW Sharon. To make a long story short… Towed car there cause it died nearby. MIL codes p0016 p0300 p0301 p0303 p0305 among a few others. Work order says replace cam sensor for p0016 (~$300 p&l) and all 6 spark plugs/coils (~$900 p&l) for p0300. I agreed to sensor/not plugs, plus oil change and injector service from list of recommended services. I rented a car from them (which turned out to be for a week). I paid 10% extra for part because I wanted it shipped overnight to them. After a couple days, car still not working. They want to change plugs but can’t guarantee that it will fix it. What? I find Kia TSB 046 which points to oil control valve as potential problem. I tell them and find that this is what was replaced/not cam sensor after all. They say car wasn’t maintained properly so they’d rather not work out it. I settle bill and tow car to Strauss Auto. Find out that Murray never put my engine cover back on. Call them and go get it. They had the cover lying around for a week and nobody noticed? It’s 2 feet square. Still has p0016 p0300 etc. Strauss tech says all errors point to cylinder bank 1. However oil control valve was replaced in bank 2. OCV in bank 1 still dirty and inaccessible unless you remove intake manifold, which was not done. Wrong part? Don’t know for sure. In wrong place? Definitely! Glad I didn’t put out for plugs! If you’re not getting warranty work, I don’t recommend their service department.
