huge waste of my time! went there to look at a car i saw online. when i got there i walked inside and waited 10 minutes for someone to come up to me. the receptionist was busy chatting away to a friend, some guy walked by us and said “hi how are you?” but just kept walking. we finally just started walking towards the door that led to the used cars and someone, who looked very annoyed to have to stop his conversation with his associate, asked us if we needed help. told him the car i wanted to look at and he said they already sold it. i asked how could it have already been sold because it was already overpriced, and i told him the price i had seen online. and he replied with “Ha! i sold it for more then that today!” wtf, who says that to a possible customer, wrong answer dude!!! so i had already driven all they way out there, and just asked if he had anything else in what i was looking for, he showed me 2 cars, i asked the prices and he didn’t know and had to go inside. we waited outside in the heat for another 10 minutes and had to go inside and find him, talking to the same associate again. he told us the prices, and i was actually interested in one of the cars, but when i asked to test drive it, he pretty much refused. i just left. they act like they didn’t even want my money. i’ve never seen such a terrible place, it almost makes me not even want a mazda…
was interested in a 2007 cx-7, and was approved for it with a $2500 down payment, while I had the money in cash on me, I felt as if it was a little much for me. I asked him what would be my options for a $1500 down payment, and he gave me a generic answer which was “something like that” as he pointed at a 2005 Mazda 3. He didn’t show me any other options that may interest me, as I wanted to drive away in a car on that day. He didn’t try to work with me, he didn’t try to show me the inventory, and he didn’t seem like he wanted to get the sell at all. When I told him I was not interested in the red Mazda 3, he said “well have a good day” and walked away, only for me to see him outside smoking a cigarette.
This visit was a complete waste of my time because I stay in Sugarland, he was unprofessional and not what I expected to deal with when it comes to Munday Mazda because I’ve heard good things concerning this dealership. I wanted to purchase a car on that day, and maybe if he would’ve showed me the inventory instead of just saying “fu** it” then he would’ve had a sell. 😡
I give Munday Mazda 2 thumbs down. I took my car in for simple body work that had gotten vandilized, they told me it would be ready within 30 days or less. My car ended up being in the shop for 2 months and I finally got it back yesterday. A week and a half ago my insurance adjuster called a meeting with me and the body shop employee Adolfo (however you spell it) because there were some problems with my car. #1 It sat there over 2 weeks without ever being touched. #2 They broke more things on my car then what was orginally supposed to be fixed. #3 Adolfo never called me once to update me on the progress of my car. #4 The day I picked it up (June 23, 2010) there was even more stuff broken on my car. They broke my blinkers ticking noise. They blew my driver side speaker, they also broke my middle console to pieces and always wanted to deny ever touching anything that somehow ended up broken but yet it wasn’t broken to begin with. Today my fiance’ and I made our 3rd trip back to Munday Mazda because of the blinker ticker issue and the blown speaker issue. As my fiance’ was talking to Adolfo and one of the body shop guys, the manager Chuck (manager of body shop) came running over and jumped all into my fiance’ face, screaming and cussing up a storm saying in alot of foul language he was calling the police to have us escorted of the property. We left.. Later I recieved a phone called from my insurance stating they had spoken with 2 different people from the body shop both saying that my fiance and I had broken everything we were saying Munday Mazda broke and were blaming it on them. Also being said that were were throwing punches and cussing all in the managers face. We are not in highschool anymore so why act childish? I am very upset that my car was returned to me with alot of broken/damgaged things and I am not even getting them repaired because Munday Mazda won’t take the blame. My insurance adjuster warned me after it was to late that Munday Mazda is one of the worst body shops to ever have your car fixed at. Take my word if you want your vehicle back the way you had it and have nothing broken then be smart and take it somewhere better. Munday Mazda is nothing but a company that is trying to scam customers and insurance companies.
😡
I paid cash for a 2008 Mazda 3. In the price I paid for tt&l, however it took the dealership from April 28th. 2008 till Oct 27th to finally get the title to me. I made many phone calls and was given many excuses. I did my own research and found that the title was titled and sent to an incorrect address. When I called and told Mr. Jarvis about this his answer to the problem was for me to go and file for a lost title. Since I didn’t lose the title I declined that offer. After almost six months of trying to get what I paid for I called and offered to get Munday Mazda some free advertisement from the local TV stations and this is what motivated Munday to take care of the problem. I was told by Mr. Johnson the sales manager that he would get me my title, which he did) however no one at the dealership ever offered an apology or thank me for my patience.
I replace my care every 2 to 3 yrs and I always pay cash, this was the second car I purchased from Munday but I do promise this will be my last. My family and friends that buy Mazda will also never buy from them.
