My Mullinax Ford of Central Florida reviewWhat a terrible sales experience at Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna Beach, FL They utilized old school car dealer tactics in changing the sales figures after luring us back to the dealership to sign paperwork and buy. All facets are well documented via e-mail correspondence.
Upon arrival and signing the purchase paperwork, sale manager Ryan Ortiz claimed there was a problem in the math and they were $6,000 off the written buyers order that was approved by Ortiz the sales manager.
I would steer clear of Mullinax Ford New Smyrna Beach, FL and probably ALL Mullinax dealeships if this is their method of doing business.
