I called to the dealership asking for Thompson Diep. My friend had purchased a vehicle there before and recommend that I should call in and ask for Thompson Diep. He was helpful & very friendly. I didn’t speak English that well. Thompson was patience on the phone explaining it to me. He asked me to come by the dealership so he can show it to me better than on the phone. I did came to the dealership. I was happy to found out that Thompson can speak my language too which made it so easy to communicate with him other than just English. I was glad that I came to see him. I ended up buying a new G35 from Metro Infiniti with the great sales service from Thompson Diep. I’m so glad I had listen to my friend recommending me Metro Infiniti and glad that I had ask for Thompson. Thank you Thompson!
I have been shopping around and was not please with what I’ve dealt with. After visiting Metro Infiniti, I was pleased that I came to the right place. I was greeted by Thompson Diep at the Metro Infiniti. His pleasant attitude had made the whole experience of searching for a new vehicle fun & satisfy. He helped me find what I was looking for in the vehicle. He listens and gave me no pressure in purchasing. That’s what I’ve been looking for when I was shopping around at different dealerships. I had experienced from other dealer “the pressure” in purchasing. Definitely I did not get any pressure from Thompson Diep at Metro Infiniti of Monrovia. I am fully satisfy with my new G37S. Thank you Thompson Diep for your awesome service in helping me finding the right vehicle. I highly recommend Metro Infiniti and especially Thompson for his great sales service!
I highly recommend Metro Infinti of Monrovia to anyone who is looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. A one professional & excellent dealership. I have dealt with this dealership in the past. This is my second time returning to the dealership for a 2nd car. I’ve dealt with Thompson Diep (salesperson)in the past. He impressed me the 1st time being there with his excellent & professional service. Thompson is very understanding & very helpful. I didn’t felt the push into buying my first car when I was there and now I am back to the dealership for my second car. I had recommended this dealership & the Sales Rep to my family & friends. A few family members & friends had stop by the dealer, purchased a vehicle and are very satisfied with the service from Thompson salesperson)and the overall staff there.
Purchased a 2007 Infiniti M35 late afternoon. It had license plates on 08-25-09. Signed papers in the dark.No license plates on 08-26-09 and notice of chips in the paint front and back of the Infiniti. License plates promised and not received today January 24-2010. Car we traded in was not registered and we still receive notices from the DMV of Suspension of the traded/sold car. Copies send to Metro Infiniti, Lilly To. We made many calls and visited the dealership to had some paintchips badly painted over but some were missed. I wrote them letters that we haven’t received the license plates and it is ignored till January 11 with only a form by Patti Adam to be signed by me to order new plates and if I sign it have to pay a fee for the license plates. We didn’t loose or stole the plates. It happened at the dealer. I have photos at the dealer with the plates and without them. Contact with Lilly To, Vincent Pham, David Wood and by phone Patti Adams. We liked the people. We are seniors and regret we stopped at this dealer since I wanted an Infiniti car.
I would like to add that David Wood is a total liar and he is a fraud. He promised me 2 years of XM radio and he now says that he never even made the deal. He is a despicable human being and a liar and a fraud. And furthermore, his boss, Harris Ruderman is equally disgusting. They both should be ashamed of themselves and frankly, they should both be terminated from their jobs.
I couldn’t agree more. Harris Ruderman is a discusting individual. How he ever got into a job like this is uncomprehensable.
🙁 this dealership had a very good service department, but as of my last couple of times that I visited them, I have not been given accurate time to service, the prices have rise and the service has decreased. I needed to service my car sometime this week, I called to set up an appointment, and they tried transferring me to the service department 2 times unsuccessfully the second time they actually dropped the call, I called back and asked to be transfered to the service department that the call had dropped, but the person that answered said that they were too busy, but that she could have them call me back. I would think if they want a customer base they would at least have someone available to schedule apointments. I think their service has really depleted..
