    My Mercedes of Novi review

    I had more issues with the services department than any other dealership experience. The service people do not have any knowledge of what customer service means. They do not care about their customers. If you plan on buying a Mecedes I hope you reconsider and not buy from the Novi dealership because you will not have the customer experience you would expect.
