This dealership, while it has good reviews, it also has bad reviews. Unfortunately I must give it a bad review. I will tell you that I did buy a car from this dealership and I love the car I bought. The problem was more with the customer service after I left with my vehicle. Let the buyer beware. If you are buying a used car from this dealership make sure you go over the car in detail. Here is my story…. I went to this dealership in February because they advertised a vehicle I wanted… a 2012 Jeep wrangler. The car was everything I was looking for so I took it for a test drive and liked what I saw. The few defects I found were dismissed by the salesman as normal used car issues and I bought it, and also bought the car. Then about a week later when I went to pick up the vehicle, I saw a big chip on the hood about a quarter inch in diameter. I hadn’t seen that when I took the test drive and I mentioned it to the salesman. He again dismissed it as a normal used car issue and that they didn’t want to try and fix it because the color could be mismatched. Again I bought it. However, as I drove away I noticed a few small chips on the windshield. As it was raining and dark outside and it was outside my field of vision, I didn’t think much about it until the next day when the sun was shining and I noticed that one of the chips was actually a small crack. I called the dealership and was told to stop by and they would look at it. So the next day, I live over 60 miles away, I stopped by and talked to the used car manager who said “no problem, we’ll take care of it”. I then had to wait another week until the “windshield” guy was there and he looked at it and put some glue on it and said it was ok. Now mind you that it still has about a half inch spider crack and is very annoying on a sunny day. So I called the manager again and he basically said they would not do anything more and I was lucky to get the deal I got. I thought, “what an attitude”. Not happy with his response I tried to get in touch with the General Manager who to this day has refused to get back to me. I have to assume that he doesn’t care anymore then his salesman and managers do. I will now take care of this issue myself and say good riddance to this dealership. They seem to take no responsibility for any issue you might have and I am sure they were well aware of this before I drove off and they failed to disclose it to me. Any place that is that deceitful doesn’t deserve my repeat business or a good recommendation from me. So the moral of this story is……. don’t buy a used car from this dealership…….. If you do be very….very ….careful… good luck!
Purchased a vehicle for my daughter, test drove it it ran good. Was pressured into putting a deposit to secure the vehicle from being sold. Was told someone else had test driven it and was at the credit union obtaining their funds. Drove the car off the lot after paying over 5000.00 cash and by the time I got to the highway less than 10 mins away every light on dashboard lit up…called immediately was told I needed to let the car warm up it would be ok, that is how VW are. Drove toward my home in Strongsville…started to smell as if over hearting. called back talked to the sales manager was told to have the car towed back. Decided to have it towed to VW of North Olmsted. They looked at teh vehicle and said that there are sooooooo many things wrong with this car, he couldnt even begin to try and help us. I mean big things…cadillac converter shattered, the tubes and everything for the breaks rusted..I could go on and on to the tune of almost 4,000.00. Next day took the car back to Mazda Saab, showed them the list of issued and requested my money back, they told me we were nit-picking and we would not get our money back. Said they would take it to “their mechanic”…told them I was interested in giving this unsafe vehicle to my daughter…Service manager said well you need a car and we sell cars lets just pick another one out….next call was to my attorney….
DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY SELL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO SELL YOU A CAR….
I think I hit the wrong rating buttons because they are no where near a 3 more like a negative 3
I wanted to lease a Mazda for 30 months, since their contracts were only for 24 and 36 months, I was told that I could sign for 24 months and just call Mazda at the end of my lease to extend the contract for another 6 months…WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL!!! I paid my leased car for 24 months then called Mazda to extend my lease and they said that they don’t extend leased cars contracts for 6 months.I called Mazda of Bedford for help and they were VERY RUDE and said that they could not help me…
I had to return my leased car and BUY another car for just 6 months.https://cardealercheck.com/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif
1. Salesperson does not prioritize customer satisfaction. All they care about is to make the sale from you. And by that it meant making you feel threatened and uncomfortable. I wanted to look at more options because buying a car doesn’t mean you have to make a decision in 1 hour. And they turn it around and say that too bad then the rates will either go up tomorrow or someone else will buy it when you walk out that door, in a way that made me feel very guilty but at the same time felt like I haven’t been given room for my thoughts.
2. Sales people there are unprofessional. They wear jeans and t-shirts instead of shirt, tie and work pants. I was never offered not even a drink of water in my entire one hour duration there. I actually had to get up and go find the kitchen myself, only to find that the trash can are all filled up and no one takes care of it. One of the light bulb is dead and no one bothered changing it.
3. Kara said that they are very very understaffed and will not accommodate to any request to test drive outside of the dealership or talk about any deals through fax and email even though I am a very busy business professional who doesn’t have a car yet and is looking to buy one. They just don’t seem to understand how important it is to make customers feel happy and feel accommodated.
