Those that have read my previous reviews are aware of the problems I had with a purchase. I now want to personally say that Walt Tutak, Lisa Smith and Dan Debastos went out of their way to get the situation worked out to my and the dealerships satisfaction. These 3 people show what the heart and soul of Chevy is about. Loyalty, honesty and customer satisfaction.
Now after the misleading and dishonest sale of this car, I have only put on 221 miles on the car I have only had for a month and the change oil light comes on. The tires were over inflated when I got the car so soon after the tires light came on. when it says on the car it has the so and so number inspection do NOT trust them. On top of it all I have a wiper blade also that does not clear the water off of the window. When going to this dealership keep in the back of your mind cha-ching, cha-ching because this place should be ashamed of themselves as should GM for having anything to do with them !!!!!
Takes advantage of disabled people as long as they qualify for a loan !!!!! They have a way to get away with it also. Stay clear !!!!!!!!
They are the perfect example of buyer beware. They are dishonest, misleading and a black eye of a representative for GM. Go to any other dealership but this one.
put a dep on a car then 2 days be4 i was to pick the car up on there web sight it was cheaper they would not give me the car for that price said it was a mistake was on there web page for 2 days The web service stated they get the price from them to put it on there web sight
Do not buy from this dealership. It has been 1 month and 4 days since my purchase of a 2011 Aveo. I told them what I could afford for a car payment and throughout the whole signing of papers that I could not even see to read was told just sign here and here ect…. like a trusting fool I did so. I have been a diabetic 38 of my 45 years and am on Social Security, I have never ever been taken advantage of as this dealership did for me. We are talking thousands of dollars !! I will not give up fighting to right this disgusting wrong !
Easy to work with, found our perfect car and he made it fun!
I would recommend to anyone looking for a new Chevrolet. No pressure and up front and honest pricing. Beautiful new showroom and free popcorn for our kids. WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK.
My Father-In Law (retired from GM) pulled an employee family discount number under my Wife’s name, and we gave that info to the dealer. He wrote up the loan with my name first, and stated that it didn’t matter. Two months later, the General Manager started harassing me, stating that my Father-In Law had to “Correct his error” or the dealership won’t get the discount from GM.
They are now suing me for the difference that THEIR mistake cost them.
We also were never given a walk-through of the our vehicle, because our salesman had an intern review the paperwork with us so he could go golfing.
Don’t ever consider giving this dealership your business.
I took the car for an ignition problem, instead, they worked in the full system because they said that was the problem, they charged me 331 $ and the ignition problem wasn’t solved, the second day, my car was leaking gas (I kid you not), the car was leaking gas in my garage, I’m lucky it didn’t blow up.The worst service I ever received on my life.
Made a “spur-of-the-moment” buy on a Friday evening (1/9/09) for a “GM Certified” used 2006 TrailBlazer that I later found be grossly over-priced, have numorous defects, no floor mats under paper protectors, partial warranty (NOT a 12 month / 12,000 miles), 30% oil life (not even changed!!!), no manual, etc… Sure looked good under the night lights, fancy talk, and lies! What a sucker I was! They DID replace the falling apart wipers, SOLD me floor mats, RESET the oil monitor, stole a 2007 owner manual from another vehicle (“no 2006 available”), etc…. Unfortunately, rather than just give it back by that following Monday, I am now stuck with it. If anyone wants to buy a 2006 TrailBlazer, 30,000 miles, loaded for $16,800.00 call586-216-9218!!! Negotiable!
“GM Certified” = WORTHLESS!!!
