My Major Dodge reviewI’m totally unhappy with your service. I got my car from you years ago and servicing with you.
On early August I took my car for service and inspection. They had to replace the catalytic converter. The car was there from 8/06 to 8/11. The inspection was not done because “I had to drive the car at least 80 miles”. There goes the car again, I left it on 8/27 up to 8/31 because an oxygen sensor should be replaced.
You may think they verify the cars; wrong.
Three months later the “check engine” light goes on again. I left the car for THIRD time on November 18th.
I received a call from the agent asking if I could leave it one more day. The car remains there until November 24th and NOTHING WAS DONE IN MY CAR!
I received calls from them saying that the car was ready for pickup since Thursday 19th But they didn’t do any work in the car. Now I have to take it back next week.
Once the issue is resolved (due all the money I paid), I’ll never take my car there again.
