My Magic Toyota reviewI took my car here for service. When I left it, it was clean inside (recently detailed) and had ~71100 miles. Full tank of gas.
After nine days, I phoned them….”where is my car?”. and was told they had waited on parts and it would be ready in a couple more days…..
When I got it back, it was COVERED in dog hair (and, just so you know, I dont have a dog so this was REALLY obvious), had no gas left in it and had 71500 on the odometer.
You can either consider that they really tested the car well after completing the repair, taking it on a 400 mile jolly with their frickin pets, or that they are criminally minded free loaders that used my car for personal commitments without my permission.
I know which I believe, and so cannot recommed these pirates to anyone. If you have any alternative at all, use it as these folks dont deserve the business.
Magic Toyota is a rip off dealership. They have high pressure sales, rude salesman and very bad service. I would never buy a car from this dealership.. They are all crooks.
