My Lexus of Tucson reviewWe purchased from Lexus because of reputation and the salesperson said they did a thorough check of the used vehicle and that he knew the person who traded the car in personnally so he knew there weren’t any issues. The vehicle started leaking oil within a week. They admitted they knew the “oil was seaping” but never disclosed that to us prior to purchase. They said they would fix the issues or take it back. Well, not only is the vehicle still leaking but transmission and water pump are shot, the oil is still leaking and the “promise” to make it right is a lie. The used car manager without any apology for the situation merely said that the car was old and if we were concerned about the condition of the car, we should have checked it out through our own mechanic prior to purchasing. When the issue happened last week, the used car manager didn’t even bother to return our calls!! Customer service is horrible. I never expected this from Lexus and will never make the mistake of doing business with them again. They may “win” over this purchase, but over my lifetime, they have lost out on multiple sales opportunities of much higher priced vehicles.
