My Lexus of Greenville reviewI will echo the complaints above. I own a RX350 which was also bought from Lexus of Greenville, SC . The salesman we dealt with was cocky and insincere is a complement for them.
As far as service goes – I can only write about a LYING Assistant Service Manager Kal that claims their key man could not program a refurbished FOB wireless key to the car for me. (I bought it on ebay.) About 2 days later a local locksmith did it in 15 minutes. They returned the key to me insisting I buy a new key from them and stated the key had been programmed to a different car and was therefor useless. That is a bunch of CRAP because the key only contains a pre-programmed serial code that the transponder within the car “learns” when being programmed.
This dealership will milk you for every dime they can get from you. BUYER BEWARE and shop elsewhere.

My Lexus of Greenville reviewThe service department at Lexus of Greenville is the absolute worst. The service is consistently of poor quality. When the Lexus of Greenville repairs have been shown to nearby Lexus dealerships, safety issues have been questioned. It’s hard to believe that the Lexus Corporation would allow this dealership to continue.
