Lavery Chevrolet (Bill Lavery and Greg Ganni) have always gone above and beyond to do whatever needs done to help me out. This is in all areas, being sales, service, or repairs they have always done what is in my best interest. I was not happy with my Cruze, which is a great car, but was too compact for my needs. I made mention of this during a service call and Greg and Bill were able to get me out of the Cruze and into the Equinox in 2 days. They are awesome!

Shad Berger is the new guy at Lavery but I have to say that you would never know he was the new guy. We stopped in last Thursday to test drive a 2011 Mercury Milan and we took delivery of it Saturday. Shad did an excellent job through the entire process. He was professional, courteous, and helpful. He even remembered what my wife and I took in our coffee. Having sales people that are not on commission and having fair pricing on their cars + giving Auto Trader trade in values makes a huge difference in making a deal. There were no games and arguing about prices because I knew what their price was and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. You can’t beat it. No games and no pressure. I would certainly go back to Lavery for my next car! Thanks again for everything Shad, keep up the good work!

I started out pricing a GMC Sierra via the Costco auto buyer program at a dealer designated by Costco, but it was about an hour away from home. (Lavery is within walking distance.) From the Consumers Report Car Pricing Service I saw that I should be able to do better than the Costco price. I approached Todd at Lavery with that challenge. He accepted it and beat the Costco price by an acceptable amount. My only criticism is that the paperwork documenting the agreed price was a little informal leading to some confusion regarding what I was to pay when the vehicle was delivered. After I stood my ground, the agreed upon price was honored. I attribute the confusion to the lack of formal paperwork, not any attempt to deceive on the part of the dealership.
Very friendly from the moment we walked in to the moment we left with our new car. No pressure to buy, just a great price on our trade in and a good deal on the one we bought. Thank-you

I had a very good experience buying from Lavery. My salesperson Todd walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable before my purchase.
Pressure to buy from my salesperson Todd was LOW not high. Todd even indicated he would rather not sell me anything then me purchase a car and have doubts.
This is the third vehicle that I purchased from the Lavery dealership. I have always been treated with courtsey and find the buying experience enjoyable. The service department and the body shop also do well. As a matter of fact, my first experience with Lavery was through the body shop and that is why I returned to this dealership.

If you are within driving distance of Alliance you would do yourself a favor if you went to Lavery Chevrolet for your next car or truck purchase. We dealt with Craig Vicers and I have nothing but good words for him and the dealership. We NEVER felt pressured and were dealt with very honestly which is saying a lot these days. My husband and I had the misfortune of visiting another dealership a few days before and I was dreading going anywhere to look at a vehicle again. Craig was as nice as can be and so helpful with all of our questions. We left with a new/repurchased vehicle and didn’t realize until the next day that there were no mats under the white paper mats in the truck. When I contacted Craig he was more than willing to talk to managment and make sure we got what we needed. They were ordered and in for us to pick up within a couple of days. I will not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle in the future. I have found my comfort zone at Lavery!
My family has been purchasing cars from Terry for years. He and the Lavery dealership have always treated us well and gone above and beyond. I just leased a new car from them, and I will be returning for another when my lease is up.

I highly recommend Lavery! I was not pounced on when I walked in and was allowed to browse at my leisure. They took care of my Cavalier for years, and I know they will do the same for my Cruze! Ralph (service manager) and Andy (sales) are great guys!
I went to Lavery’s to look at used cars to buy as my first car. We were promptly greeted when we got there and were treated with respect while asking questions and naming a price range. I was advised a 2000 Toyota Camery with a price of $2400. The car was nice even for being used. Craig offered to let me test drive the car which I accepted and offered a personal opinion from his experience with his Camery. It was a nice change not to be hounded to buy a car and treated as a person not a sale. Over all I would recommend Lavery’s to anyone looking for a car while being respected.
Very satisfied with the service and support the dealership gave to me. My questions were answered promptly and they were always available. I would highly recommend this dealership and will surely be back in the future.
I bought my Traverse in 2009 from Lavery. I went back to Lavery when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. They gave me top buck for my Traverse and found my next vehicle for me.
When I am ready to buy another care, I will go back to them.

Am a GM Retired employe. During my life, I have purchased some 30 plus American made vehicles. This current purchase was my best experence by far.
When initially shopping for an Acadia, I went to the Web where I sent out an inquiry of the vehicle I desired plus it’s options, to those GMC Dealerships within 50 miles from my location. Todd Bollman, a sales rep from Lavery Chevrolet was the only one that replyed by saying I think I can help along with an e-mail copy of the vehicle he thought might fit my desires. All other dealerships did make contact but only for introductory purposes (NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN). Consequently, I proceeded to Lavery Chevrolet in Alliance, Ohio where I purchased my new Chevrolet Acadia, the same one he had e-mailed me. – M. R. Suber, Austintown, Ohio
We asked for the car we wanted to look at and within a few minutes it was ready for a test drive. Mr. Ganni was respectful of our time and how much we wanted to pay each month.It was an enjoyable experience for both me and my husband.
