My Langan Volkswagen Meriden reviewIf you want all-around excellent sales and service, you won’t find it at the Langan dealerships. I purchased a car here several months ago and have never so much as received a courtesy call about my purchase, nevermind a return call to the many messages I’ve left in an attempt to get a refund of the gap insurance I purchased (and cancelled the following day – note: do NOT purchase gap insurance through the dealer! total rip-off! I saved $550 by going through my own insurance!)
If this is how they handle their business and the refund of a simple check, I’m not even going to take a chance with their service department. I am no “newbie” to VW, this car being my 7th, and the only reason I went to Langan was because I needed a new car for a trip that weekend and Langan had exactly what I wanted on the lot. I love the car, but regret giving Langan my money and will definitely be taking my business and my money elsewhere in the future. Likely right back to Crowley VW in Plainville.
