Great service and good staff. Very informative about the products and reasonable price. Will come back to Krebs Chrysler Jeep Dodge again.
Awesome dealership and amazing people! I recently bought a car from them and was happy with the whole process. I got the best car, best price and best salesperson. I will not hesitate to recommend Krebs Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone.
I bought my first car from Krebs Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They offered high quality car, fair pricing and good customer service. A+!
I have now leased two jeeps from this dealer and each time I had a great experience. There were no problems and I got a great deal. My salesman was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Krebs Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
I would highly recommend this dealer. Krebs Chrysler Jeep Dodge was wonderful and very accommodating for us since we weren’t sure what we wanted. When we decided what we wanted, the other in the dealership were very accommodating and helped us get the best deal. Nobody pushed us into buying, didn’t keep calling, and helped us every step of the way.
I finally got the car I wanted- 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I must say this was by far my best experience in purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. The salesperson at Krebs Chrysler Jeep Dodge is very professional, knowledgeable with positive attitude. I love my car and I am very happy with the whole buying experience. Thanks again!!!!
I didn’t try to purchase a unit at this store, but I deal with the parts department (order parts for a body shop) and it is the worst service and attitude that I have ever dealt with. I can’t believe people are in the customer service world that act like that. We will never order parts from here again… even though we are a local body shop… I would rather order from someone that wants the business even if they are miles away!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I hear you there my friend. I’m the one who wrote the comment of the terrible service where they smoked in my car, and a simple program for a new key fob went to hell. I also live very close to Krebs, you want better service ALL the way aroud, go up to Diehl, GREAT people, GREAT service in ALL departments. Have a great day.
Thought I would have a simple morning, all I needed was an extra key fob programmed for my 2011 Charger. I had purchased the fob a week prior, and when I picked up the fob, is when i realized the key blank did not come w/ the fob. You would have thought the parts guy would have told me. So I had to order the key blank, which was another $30.00, on top of the $151.00 for the fob. So the day of programming, I was told it would take an hour, no problem. Well to my amazement, they came in after 20 minutes to let me know that they had sold MY key blank the day before??? Now, why wouldn’t someone w/ a brain quickly order another one, or go get one from another dealer! No they wait until that day, and ask me if I minded if they ran to another dealer for the key! Well that just added another hour to my day. Now after 2 1/2 hours, my fob was programmed, and key cut. They told me that my car was done, I went and paid, all totaled around $400.00 plus, got in my car and headed home. I really thought my bad experience was over! Nope, not yet! I could smell CIGARETTE SMOKE in my rather NEW car!!!!!!! Guess what I don’t smoke!! So as I turn around I call the service write up guy, and ask ” by chance the tech who worked on my car, does he smoke” and his reply was “yes, why?” I told him ” because the inside of my car reeks of cigarette smoke!” He asked me to bring the car back and the detail shop would take care of it. Well they did, but no satisfaction at all, like money back?, or a coupon for the next service? nothing. Plus my 1 hour day turned into a 3 hour fiasco! I had emailed Chris Krebs TWICE! with no responce. At this time, I nor any one I know will ever step foot into Krebs Dodge, and if your reading this, I suggest that you don’t either! They take your money, and when your out the door they forget about you!! Oh, about 5 months ago I was in the market of buying a Charger, one like I have now. Krebs was the first dealer that I called, since they are so close, I talked to a sales person, told them what I was looking for, and guess what, I’m still waiting for them to call me. Not even a call to see if I’m still looking, nothing. So to sum up, DON’T VISIT KREB’S @ ALL!!!!!!!!!!! Diehl is about 15-20 minute North, and you get BETTER service, and a lot nicer place!
By all means buy a vehicle from Krebs Dodge. Especially get to know Joe Sulkowski in sales and General manager Chris Krebs himself.Once you get to know Chris, he’ll take good care of you and do all he can to make things right.
I purchased a used Subaru from this dealership. I realize a Subaru would not be well understood or a high priority item in a Dodge dealership BUT if I told the salesman the car ran on hopes and dreams he might have believed me. Salesman had no BASIC knowledge of the car he was selling and he seemed to be “making up” some details as we went along. He told me…
A. It was never smoked in – then how did the lighter get so dirty?
B. The tires passed inspection and were “Ok” for the snow – The garage I take my vehicles to said two of the tires were “garbage and shouldn’t have passed inspection at all”. (You see they just inspected the car that same week at Krebs).
C. They would replace the tires on the car they day of purchase. They never did and when I made a big deal about it they wanted me to sign a document stating I basically owed them more money. See I just got an insurance settlement for the vehicle I traded in and even though they gave me the exact value of my vehicle incorporating the damages (vehicle worth $6000, they gave me $4000 since there was roughly $2000 in damages), I never agreed to give them the check. Now they wanted the check for the tires. Yeah $1200+ adjustment for $500(max) in tires. YEAH RIGHT!
I only bought the car because they went $1000 under blue book, unfortunately after I replaced the tires and had my garage look at it and the paint touched up, I was only $250 ahead of the game. Still not so bad overall with the purchase. It is just the sales I had a gripe with.
