I have never in my life had to deal with a company that has had such poor customer service in my life. If you are in the market for a new or used car I would avoid Sportcity Toyota like the plague the worst experience I have ever had. And they are doing nothing for me hell I have been waiting on a phone call from the used car sales director for a month! These people are a joke! I’m so disappointed in the lack of care for a customer.
I bought an Avalanche from them expecting to get at least one good road trip out of the truck before I had to deal with any major issues and with in the first two months and less than 3,000 miles from the purchase of this vehicle transmission went out completely, u joint busted, speedometer is jacked up, jumping around inaccurately and now have no cruise control. The truck has been in the shop 5 times and still messed up. Still not working with me on it either.
Recent 30,000 mile service was $200 more than my husband paid for the same at another dealership. Repeated attempts to rectify this discrepancy met with no results. No where are prices posted in this dealership. Also my receipt does not state how many hours of labor were used (my husband’s does). The charge for labor alone was $440.94!!! NO problems with my vehicle were noted. Dealer will not quote how much hourly labor charge is.e65d
