My wife and I purchase a vehicle on an average of 1 every 18 to 24 months. For many years one of our cars were always Vettes but that changes in 2005 when the body changes. I did own a 2004 but lost it in a Hurricane in Florida – Flood. The point is, Rosners staff is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. All they want to do is make you happy even if it cost them money. Management, my sales rep and last but not least service is just outstanding. You may use my name any time when it involves Rosner Chevrolet.
I had a no pressure sale. I found the staff patient and friendly. Kudos to sales agent Dan Perry, Sales Manager Mike Melendez, and internet correspondent sales rep Theresa Caprinolo. They were most helpful during my decision making process.
I am very satisfied with my Chevrolet Impala, I was not given a tour of the Service Department, and when I picked we did not take an orientation drive, I did not even know those things were supposed to happen. I was very impressed with the open area of the dealership, and the clean environment. My goal is to have as few visitations to the Service Department as possible, I want to think of my automobile as perfect. When I went to Rosner I did not have any idea that a member of my family had recently purchased a Chevrolet Cruze for her Daughter. We both treated the same, with respect and as informed customers. I did my “homework” on the type of car that I wanted to drive. I knew I wanted a Chevrolet and I need a larger car with power and a quality ride. Rosner Chevrolet had what I needed, and Rudy Wickers my sales man, did the rest, no pressure, he just kept me informed and provided me with the best deal that he was able to workout. I am happy and will buy another Chevrolet.

Dan Perry was the sales consultant. His interest in making this a positive experience was more important than anything to him. He clearly was concerned about our satisfaction even if it meant we went home without a purchase. His attitude was awesome and if I buy another vehicle I would ask for him specifically.
