One and a half week after they claim to fix it..its still not starting again!!!! They are still up to no good.
Have had my 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer for over a year.
The breaks are bad.
the Tie-Rods are bad.
The alighment is bad.
I have taken it in multiple times to get fixed and within days of it being “fixed” and hundreds of dollars later, the same problems resurface.
DO NOT GO HERE. THEY PREY ON THE DESPERATE. THEY WANT TO ROB YOU.
I bought a 2003 Saturn Ion from the Albuquerque, NM dealership and have had no problems. They are very friendly and always live up to their word. Like everyone here, my credit was *%$/ and I only had $500 for a down payment. They thoroughly explained things to me and never “pressured” me into buying the car. It had 86,000 miles when I bought it and I have 97,000 on it now and have not had any problems….at all. They even let me take the vehicle for the day while they completed my paperwork. This gave me a chance to really test the car. My payments are kinda high, but I was expecting that with crappy credit. I pay 330 per month. The car is pretty decked out, with tint, nice sound system, CD & tape players, A/C, cruise, auto lights, etc. It was definately over priced, but as mentioned before, what do you expect for a “high-risk loan?” Also, I have been on time with all of my payments since I bought the car and my credit score has increased just over 30 points since the purchase of the vehicle!! That’s amazing! It sounds to me, from all your complaints, that YOU are the ones not checking out the vehicles you’re buying. Grow up and quit ur bitchin! Geez. YOU chose the cars you bought and you also have the “right” to say no. Boomed can “make” you buy anything….stand your ground and quit being so gulible. Take responsibility for your own actions and decisions.
i will never ell anyone to go there…my car had just broke down so i had to get a new one…we went there got a neon nice car for the most part….but the people there so so rude and dont care about what anyone else is haveing trouble with..if you down on money they want you to ask people for help.. we ave never missed one payment and we have caret on our account but yet they dont want to use that after saying they would they still want us to paymore.. i really wish something would be done with how they treat people.. i really feel llike taking my car and driving in the window and say there ya go theres your car back really over it
I purchased a car from JD Byrider in June of 2008 when I was down on my luck, going through a nasty divorce, and my daughters first birthday was just a few days away. I got a 2000 malibu and i was reassured all cars go through a 2000 point inspection. (Lets not forget that they charged me $11,400 for a car that at its best condition could only be worth $5200) They realy push that warranty thing! Well the very next morning the car cut off on the freeway (on my daughters big day) I tried to call them and they wanted me to pay for a tow truck. I was on the freeway with a car full of kids and its 8am. It took the tow truck about an hour, he took us down to jd byrider and the sales rep was very rude and didnt even want to let me use the phone to call someone to pick us up. Anyways make a long story short, the gas gage was broken and the car was just out of gas. My radio also didnt work. I shrugged it off as a honest mistake. They promised they would take care of everything asap. Well a year later, my car is still falling apart, I have to take it to them at least 2-3 times a month for the same problems, Ive asked them to fix my brake lights over and over again. I’ve been pulled over 7 times for my lights. My car is loud and you can hear it from a mile away. Its constantly overheating and blowing toxic gases into me and my child’s lungs who happens to have asthma. They keep saying they fixed it but the same problems keep occurring. I even took it to an auto zone because the check oil light keeps coming on, the employee said that the parts in my car didn’t look new and were probably spray painted. I was furious. My brakes have been crap since the beginning and they always say they are waiting for the parts to come in. They never call when your car is supposedly finished and ready to go. They have kept my car for up to a week after it was finished. When I drop it off and tell them all the problems, they always say that that they dont have enough time to do all the things. but they will see what they can do. But they sure dont forget to call to remind you to make your payment. I never get any paperwork when I pick my car up. I stopped worrying about it because i know i will be back in a week or two because whatever trick they used to make it okay is not working. They are rude and never return calls. DO NOT USE. I wouldn’t even refer an enemy for that ridiculous $200 referral program they have! I have missed so much work, they wont even offer you a ride to or from anywhere to drop your car off when there is a problem. I literally live 2 blocks from them and they woudlnt even give me a ride home. But they sent someone to house when I was in the hospital to collect my payment. They said they were checking up on me. Ha! I have had to rent several cars and kept them longer than i needed to because they wont even call when your car is ready to be picked up. The absolute worst thing about this company is that no matter what happens to the car, if it blows up, if it kills you, you cant sue them. Read the fine print. I didn’t and what a mistake. You cant sell the car, they will not allow you to refinance through another company, You cannot leave the state without written permission from them, and you cant trade it in. Not that any dealer in this world would give you more than $1000 trade in for whatever piece of crap you have. Talk about being upside down. I wish I would’ve kept the bucket I was driving around, at least I knew I had a piece of crap inside and out!
I RECENTLY BOUGHT A VAN FROM JDBYRIDER, ITS A MINVAN OUT OF THE PENSACOLA OFFICE, I DID NOT HAVE THE VAN A WEEK AND IT HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER TRANSMISSION PUT IN IT SO I DID NOT HAVE IT FOR ALMOST A WEEK AFTER I JUST BOUGHT IT, THEN IT STILL WAS NOT RIGHT AND IT NEEDS AN ALTERNATOR, NOW TODAY I FOUND OUT IT PROBOLY IS GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE A NEW POWER STEERING PUMP, THE VEHICLE WAS CLEAN AND I LOVE IT BUT IS OBVIOUSLY IS NOT GOING TO BE DEPENDABLE AND I HAVE 3 SMALL KIDS AND AM A SINGLE MOM, ALSO I AM GOING TO END UP PAYING 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT THE VEHICLE IS WORTH AND IT IS NOT EVEN GOING TO BE DRIVABLE PROBOLY. ITS JUST RIDICULOUS, I AM THINKING ABOUT HIRING AN ATTORNEY, I JUST DONT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! IF YOU ARE DESPERATE PLEASE FIND ANOTHER WAY, DONT BE STUPID AND GULIBLE LIKE I WAS.
JD Byrider preys on people. I bought a van which I didnt get to choose for four times the value of the van. I was 18 when I bought it so I didnt have credit yet and they really made me feel dumb for being young and inexperienced. I was there for four hours this includes them closing the doors and locking them and then finished the paperwork. Sad to say the company they use for financing really is in a joint venture with JD Byrider so dont believe the lie. I had numerous problems with the van beginning with day one. I requested for a different vehicle and was told by the store manager that isnt their policy. So another four months I’m making payments every two weeks (they call if you are a day late) however the warranty I purchased urie
