Received a re-call in the mail on Friday regarding a small hose that had to be replaced. On Sunday morning, before I had a chance to even make an appointment, the hose let go and I lost most of the oil in the engine. I called IRA Lexus that Sunday and spoke to the Sales Manager. He told me exactly what to do. On Monday morning, I received a call from my Service Consultant, Tony O’Baoill. Other than the call I made to Lexus roadside assistance, He took care of everything. I had a loaner waiting for me when I arrived, he took care of all the services I needed to get my car back within 24 hours and back to me with everything taken care of including a full oil change, cleaning and car wash. He also kept me informed during the day as to what the progress was in repairing my vehicle. Tony did an outstanding job and should be recognized for it.

The Salesperson was excellent. Informative, sociable, and not overly preasuring… Though he was always trying to close the deal, but thats par for the course.
The Sales manager(s) were all very agresive, which I suppose is thier job, but one of them actually creeped me out a bit when he insisted that i sit down “to meet him” after one of my early visits to the dealership.
