On August 31, 2016 while leaving work my car had a loud sound, similar to a loud motorcycle. So the next morning I had my car towed to the Infinity dealership located at 3090 SATELLITE BLVD DULUTH, GA 30096. I was serviced by the service manager Gregg Brannan. The Next day he called me and stated to me that my cars’ exhaust was bad and asked have I gotten into a car accident or ever had my car at a body shop. I stated to him no and he said “well it looks like your car has been worked on because the original parts are no longer on your car.” I said to him how that could be if my car was brand new off of the infinity lot in Marietta, and my car has never been in an accident or anything. He insisted that my car parts where not from the manufacturer. Later that day when I got out of work I went to get my belongings from my car so my car could be towed to the infinity dealership in Marietta, located at 2020 COBB PARKWAY SOUTH, Marietta, GA 30060. Before leaving from the dealership in Duluth I spoke with the service manager Gregg Brannan; I wanted to verify what he stated to me via phone conversation. He told me that my cars’ exhaust was hit from some accident probably and the parts are not the manufacturer parts. I told him this can’t be, so he got the technitian Jonathan to explain to me what was going on and the tech stated from his examination of the car, it looked like it was hit and that my parts where not the original parts, also it looks like someone was trying to scrape off the stickers on the parts. So I became very upset and said ok well I will just take my car to the original dealership from where I purchased my car. For the record they were trying to charge me about $2,000 to fix my car.
My car got towed to dealership in Marietta located at 2020 COBB PARKWAY SOUTH, Marietta, GA 30060. The service rep received my car from the tow company and told me once they examine the car they will call me. He called me the next day and told me my cars exhaust was messed up but the way it was messed up it couldn’t be from a hit or anything nor was my parts not manufacturer parts so they fixed my car no charge and I picked the car up in a few days since they had to wait on the parts to fix my car. They even provided me with pictures to show that the parts were all manufacturer parts and the sticker being scraped off was just wear and tear since the part was on the bottom of the car.
My car was still under warranty, and I just think the Duluth dealership didn’t want to deal with my car so they told me anything and thought they would be able to get away with it.

The sales process was very good. No pressure. Deal was made and purchase of G37 was made the same day I went to the dealership. Everybody very friendly. No financing was required therefore no experience with financing, however Finance manager did do the final paperwork and tried to sell extended warranty and prepaid maintenance fees. Did not pressure to buy them, but I had never had any dealer try to sell prepaid maintenance fees for several years in advance.
Our experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was pleasant. The entire staff was friendly and cordial. Our Sales Rep was Terrence Lanham and he was very polished and laid back. He never pressured us to buy. We would definitely give Terrence a high recommendation.

No customer service post sale. You are just a sales figure to them. I would stay away.
This dealer has always been a pleasure to deal with, particularly the Internet Sales team. They are low pressure and really will give you the best offer they can the first time around with rare exception. They will also take their time with you and work almost exclusively online if that works for you. I just got back today from buying a pre-owned M35. The Internet price is the price, no negotiation!! The manager would not speak to me about any discount, but he did find me an extra key. I will say that the price was very competitive.
I have bought from them before with nearly the entire transaction and paperwork done online. As with most dealerships, watch the high pressure from the finance manager on the backend. Overall a very good experience throughout the years.:)
