A SALESMAN CAME RIGHT OUT TO MEET US WHEN WE ARRIVED. WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WANTED TO SIT IN SOME OF THE CARS TO SEE IF IT WAS EASY TO GET IN AND OUT OF. HE UNLOCKED ONE OF THE CARS SO WE COULD SIT IN IT, WHILE HE WENT INSIDE TO GET A KEY TO OPEN A DIFFERENT MODEL FOR US TO SIT IN. WHEN HE RETURNED TO THE PARKING LOT,WE TOLD HIM THAT WE DID NOT THINK WE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN THE FIRST ONE WE HAD SAT IN BECAUSE IT DID NOT GET THE GAS MILEAGE WE WANTED (WE FOUND THIS INFORMATION ON THE WINDOW AFTER WE HAD GOTTEN OUT OF THE CAR) . THE SALESMAN’S REPLY TO US WAS, “WHY DID YOU BOTHER TO SIT IN IT IF YOU DIDN’T LIKE THE GAS MILEAGE.?” WE THOUGHT THIS WAS VERY RUDE AND WE DECIDED AT THAT POINT THAT IF WE DECIDED TO BUY A BUICK, IT WOULD NOT BE FROM HYATT BUICK.
This is absolutely NOT how our sales team is trained and I apologize on behalf of everyone here at Hyatt Buick GMC! The Sales Person should have identified your needs and preferences first and with that information would have been able to show you the vehicles that matched what you were looking for. Be assured that this incident was discussed heavily during this morning’s sales meeting and it was made clear that Hyatt Buick GMC employees do not treat valued customers this way. We hope you give us a second chance.

I WAS PUSED INTO SIGNING PAPERWORK THE DAY I WENT IN !! I ONLY DROVE THE CAR A BLOCK BEHIND THE DEALERSHIP UNDER 40 M.P.H.SPEED. I MADE MISTAKE BY SIGNING THE FIRST DAY BEFORE LEAVING WITH A NEW BUICK THAT I WAS TOLD I WAS BUYING A BRAND NEW BUICK REGAL PREM.THAT WAS A LITTLE UNDER 35,000.00 AND I TOOK THE CAR BEFORE GOING TO MY BANK TO SIHN THE PAPERS AND WE HAD BAD ICEING ROADWAYS . THE SALES MGR. CALLED ME AND DEMANDED I TRAVEL TO VA. IN THE BAD ICEY ROADS.IN DRIVING THE CAR TO VA. I NOTICED A LOT OF AIR LEAKING INTO THE CAR SO LOUDLY IT GROWNED OUT THE RADIO FROM THE STRONG AIR LEAKS. I RETURNED TO HYATT BUICK AND CONFRONTED SALESMAN AND ASK HIM IF THE CAR HAD EVER BEEN DAMAGED AND CONFIRMED IT WASNT AND IT WAS BEING SOLD AS A BRAND NEW REGAL !!! THE SALESMAN CONFIRMED THE AIR LEAKS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AND MAKE A APPOINTMENT AND I DID MAKE THE APP. I TOOK THE CAR IN AND DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM AND A COUPLE MORE ISSUES . I WAS TOLD THE LARGE AMOUNTS OF AIR LEAKING INTO CAR I WOULD HV TO DEAL WITH IT AND NOTHING COULD AND THEY SAID THE NOISE WAS COMING FROM MOONROOF BUT IT WAS LEAKING AIR NOISE BUT THE AIR I HERD AND FELT WAS FROM RIGHT SIDE DOOR AND I WAS TO LIVE IT!! I CALLED AGAIN AND MADE APPT. AND TOLD THE DEALERSHIP THAT THE TRUNK WOULD OPEN ANYWHERE WITHOUT ME HAVING THE REOMOTE IN MY POCKET BUT HANGING ON KEY RING HOLDER IN ANOTHER ROOM AND CAR PARKED FOUR HOMES IN PARKING LOT . THE DEALERSHIP STATED I HAD A REAL STRONG REMOTE . I TOLD HIM I KEPT GRANKIDS XAMAS IN TRUNK AND ASK IF G.M. WOULD BE RESPONCEABLE IF IT OPENED IN MALL PRKING LOT ?? THE TRANSMISSION HAS RORED WITHIN 8 WEEKS OF PURCHISING IT . MANY, MANY , ELECTROL PROBLEMS WITH THE REAR DEFROSTER ON THE RADIO WOULDNT PLAY, THE MOON ROOF WULDNT CLOSE IN RAIN , THE WHOLE ROOFLINER WAS REMOVED AND FIXED THE MOON ROOF MOTOR,THEN THE READ WINDOW WAS THE PROBLEM AND A NEW WINDOWWAS INSTALLED AND AFTER THIS WAS DONE I FOUND A RUBBER STRIP THAT MAY HV BEEN LEFT OUT WHEN THE READ WINDOW WAS REPLACED ,IT WAS LEFT WITH DEALERSHIP ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION ROIARING AND WAS CALLED AND TOLD IT WAS FIXED BUT AS SOON AS I PULLED OFF LOT NOTHING HAD CHANGED. THEY TOLD ME MY BUICK WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE U.S. WITH THIS PROBLEM AND PUT 300 MILES AND SEE IF IT STOPPED AND THEY WERE KEEPING THE TICKET CONFIRMING THE CAR WAS DONE ANYTHING DONE IN IT .THE PULLEY IN MOTOR HAD TO BE REPLACED AND BIG BELT WAS REPLACED. THE TRUNK PROBLEM CONTINUES AND LEAKING WATER FROM THE REAR WINDOW OR RAIN GETTING IN TRUNK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NITE AND A NEIGHBOE SEEING THE TRUNK OPENED AND THEY WOULD CLOSE IT AND I NOT KNOW ABOUT IT !!! THE COMPUTER SCREEN GOES BLK. , THE TRACTION CONTROL ISNT WORKING, THE CAR STOPPED CRANKING AND A BATTERY WAS REPLACED . THE TRANSMISSION NOISE WAS CONFIRMED FROM A DEALER IN VIRGINIA TOLD ME THE PROBLEM WAS THE A.C COMPRESSER SO THIS MADE TWO COMPRESSORS ON A BRAND NEW CAR AND THE TRANSMISSION NOISE IS CONTINUEING. THE CAR HAS NOW GOT MOLD GROWING IN THE TRUNK AND I HAVE C.O.P.D. AND EMPISIMA IN LUNGS AND MY DOCTOR HAS STATED I CANT DRIVE WITH MOLD IN MY CAR BECAUSE OF CRONIC LUNG DISEASE SO IVE NOW HAD TO BUY ANOTHER CAR TO DRIVE BECAUSE THE MOLD ISSUE AND THE FRONT HEADLITE FLOODED WITH HEADLITE FILLING WITH WATER AND NOW THE TAIL LITE HAS WATER INSIDE IT FROM LEAKING WATER INSIDE IT !! PARTS WAS ORDERD ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO AND B. ORDERD ??? ALL THESE PROBLEMS ARE GOING ON THREE YEARS AND CONTINUE TO PERSIST WITHOUT BEING FIXED !!!! I FILED A COMPLANT WITH B.B.B. FOR THEIR HELP AND NOW THE FACTORY HAS CALLED ME AND TOLD ME MY WARRENTY WILL EXPIRE IN NOV. AND I TOLD THEM I HAD 5 YEAR OR 50,00, MILE WARRENTY AND THE LADY NAMED (((AYJENELLE))) WITH REF. NUM. 5914302 AFTER HER CALL SHE TOLD ME WARRENTY WAS ENDING AND AFTER THAT SHE STATED I WASNT THE ORIGINAL OWNER AFTER BUYING A BRAND NEW CAR WITH FULL WARRENTY BUT G.M. HAS STATED I NEEDED TO CONTACT HYATT BUICK ABOUT THE WARRENTY ON WHAT I BOUGHT AS A BRAND NEW CAR AND PAID FOR A B.NEW AUTO THAT G.M. SAYS CALL THE DEALERSHIP SO I HAVE CONTACTED DEALERSHIP ABOUT THE G.M.CORP. SAYING IM NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF A BRAND NEW CAR BOUGHT AS A BRAND NEW CAR WITH FULL WARRENTY WITH MOLD GROWING IN THE CAR ??? HYATT BUICK HAS NOW CONTACTED THE FACTORY AND TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE DEALERSHIP PROPERTY BECAUSE AS MAD AS I AM OVER THIS LEMMON THAT THEY HV. DENIED TO HONOR THE WARRENTY AFTER TELLING THEM I WANTED TO DRIVE THE CAR TREW THEIR SHOWROOM FROM ANGER THEY HV STUCK ME WITH WITH A CRONIC LUNG DISEASE AND BE TOTALLY STRUCK WITH A LEMMON THEY SOLD ME AND AFTER LOOKINH ON THE STICKER IT WAS SHIPPED TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP IN NORTH CARLONIA ??? HYATT IS A LG. DEAERSHIP SO W.T.F. DID THEY TAKE A NEW CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP UNLESS SOMETHING HAPPENED BEFORE THEY SOLD IT ME BEING HANDICAPPED WITH CRONIC LUNG DISEASE ???? THE BANK IS AWARE OF THESE PROBLEMS AND AWARE IM GOING TO BE FORCED OUT OF CAR FOR MOLD INSIDE TRUNK AND EXPANDING IN CAR !!! IVE ALWAYS OWNED GENERAL MOTOR CARS SENCE MY 1970 G.T.O. JUDGE !!!
